“If your looking for the best Pharmacy, then this is the store, I’ve only been here 3 yrs; but, supported the owner owned business Pharma Save. I am very loyal to small businesses but had to leave due to so many errors. After two and a half years of mostly the same prescriptions, picked up on a three month basis, all at the same time.. I never picked up without having to return at least 3 times for the remainder of my drug order. Since moving to Shoppers things have been much better. I love the 20% off Thursdays, but find it very challenging that there are often 8 or more customers waiting in line to pay at the front, with only one clerk. On top of that when you try to help by using the automated checkout, the one clerk has to call someone else so that you get this discount. Very frustrating especially on such a busy day … 20% off Thursdays.”

“Lakeside Pharmacy staff always default to being friendly and helpful. They serve the community well and customers know they go above and beyond to help when it is in their control. There are some things pharmacies do not have control over but unfortunately their staff receive the brunt when patients are unhappy with their insurance, doctor, or rules that pharmacies have to follow to keep their doors open. There are currently nationwide shortages on drugs, insurances have rules of what medications they will pay for and doctors are very busy and may not get prescriptions sent to the pharmacy when the patient wants it to be done. In all of these cases, the pharmacy is just the messenger and blame should not be placed for things that are out of their control. Employees here should be praised for their friendliness and attention to customer's needs.”
