The front desk staff is very racist, you can tell when they are serving the person in front of you very kindly and when it is your turn they don't even reply the “good morning” and they don’t help you much.Very disappointed!

Great front desk staff. This is truely a community bank branch! Service availablility would improve with a few extra staff.

Management is terrible and very inexperienced. However, the tellers are great. Not enough staff. Lineups are long and take a long time.

Incompetent and ill-mannered bank staff require re-training in business banking and customer service. Customer issues should be discussed in private and personal privacy respected.

I have always found staff to be friendly and professional always there to help
