The auto car wash is garbage. It used to be decent. Last time I was there I told and showed the attendant that my car was obviously not clean. He told me " I never use the auto wash, it sucks!". I ended up spending an additional 5 bucks spraying off the car by hand. Skip the touch less wash, it seems to avoid touching any dirt.
What happened to your " refund policy since 1998" that you referred to in another crappy review someone left?

Got the platinum option car was still covered in bugs and dirt. Don't waste your money or time.

Great place to wash your vehicle your self , my truck is to big for the automatic wash so I have no idea , the propane is best here and where I always go for my bbq at home and my travel trailer needs

Touchless wash left the vehicle more dirty then what it was. Then I add to go through the wand to rinse the filth and basically rush the whole thing due to excessive per minute fees. Of course no one available to talk to. Be better

Used to be good but went there last week and left very disappointed. $18 wash doesn't clean at all, even had soap left on it. Talked to the employee there who agreed and said he'd never wash his vehicle there either!! No credit allowed to go through again and was advised to spend more money to get it clean.

Touchless didnt do anything but leave a hazy film on my truck. Only the passenger side rinse was working. So i went to a bay, spent $6 rinsing my truck.... $24 total for a truck I'll have to wash another day, should have put on lipstick before going

For $16 I felt the automatic car wash didn't wash my car thoroughly at all. Afterwards, I had to wipe it down because there were still bugs all over the front end and smears on the windshield. The dryer also didn't work well and my car was still quite wet after going through the dryer. I'd personally recommend going to Penticton because the touchless car washes there work much better for the same price.

Stopped here with snowmobile on trailer to wash the road sand off before I put it in storage. Was told my snowmobile was to muddy. We exchanged a few words. We are moving to the area and we run a fleet of trucks and trailers. I will wash with a garden hose before I ever return here. Do not recommend for any services. Simply a waste of time stopping there.

$1 a minute? Absolutely not worth. Water pressure was okay on rinse cycle so I'll give an extra star, but I'd never go back. I just don't feel like I'm in a wash bay worth $60 an hour.The whole point of washing it myself is to get all the little details a touchless wash will miss, but if it ends up costing twice as much to wash it myself, what's the point of even going?Even a minute more, $2 for 3 minutes, would be a good start. If you live in Oliver, just wash it in the driveway.

The older gentleman working here seems very lazy and wouldn’t help me pay with debit since there machine says you can pay inside with debit. Car wash machines needs upgrade for price they charge.
