Stopped for gas,asked to use the restroom,staff was nice BUT I was disgusted when I opened the door to the restroom as room was FILTHY ..the grime on the floors would need to be sandblasted to clean,I’m sure. Cringeworthy,indeed.

I visit this 711 alot. Anytime Joseph is working, I have to say it really makes the visit enjoyable. He is so kind, personable and professional. Having an employee like him really makes a difference. So 5 stars for Joseph! Hope you get the raise you deserve!

There is one particular employee at this location who always over charges on items. Today I purchased 3 taquitos, she charged me $9.00. I asked her why so much and she said they are 2 for $5.00 but could not explain the extra $4.00 charge for the 1 extra taquito, and she rushed me out of the store. She has done this before with another item I purchased a couple of weeks ago. She appears to be doing this on purpose, then gets upset when you call her out on it. Keep an eye on how much you get charged for items at this location, she's the employee who consistently overcharges you then gets upset when you call her out.

there was no food, no one would cook anything, and the oven was off... somtimes they also leave food out for hours. which is not food safe i would not buy hot food here.

Your staff Is fantastic! This review is regarding your chicken wings. I moved to Osoyoos one year ago. I don’t shop 711 here. I come to Oliver for the chicken wings. so much so that I used to take at least three trips a week in for your chicken wings. No exaggeration, company would come and I’d come in and buy 4 to 6 dozen wings describing them as gourmet.When first introduced these wings were 12 for $10 beautiful big fat juicy crispy wings. OK I understand introductory pricing. So pricing goes up one dollar each still decent value I continued to visit the store 2 to 3 times a week minimum purchase two dozen wings, one dozen of your lemon pepper and one dozen of honey garlic.Couple of months ago my trips in weren’t nearly as frequent after a couple times going in and finding your wings had gotten significantly if not more than half the size for of course a dollar. Depending on who was serving I had mentioned the sizes and one or two of your staff acknowledged and made sure that I got my value thank you.I’m now sad to announce that yesterday in picking up my two dozen I will probably no longer visit your store because not only were they teeny tiny little I can’t even call them chicken wings but the quality has gone out the window as well not crispy but mushy.It’s sad because not even gas prices kept me from those wings TL

what are some ways 7-eleven Canada can improve? where do I begin...how about actually cleaning the bathrooms, not just the toilet, sink and maybe the mirror. how about getting the staff to actually look at you when saying hello rather than a blind greeting because they heard the door bell. how about getting some Slurpee machines that actually work...all the time! but mostly u have to ask, what the hell did you do to the coffee. the new computerized Keurig style brew is disgusting. have your staff become that incompetent that they can't even make a pot of coffee or do the part of their job that requires keeping coffee on...or the has pump printer stocked with receipt paper? I'm finding it very difficult to come up with a reason as to why I'd go back

The pump I used didn't print out a receipt two different times after I had selected "Yes" I want a receipt. I had to go inside the store to get a fuel receipt but the staff were friendly, helpful and quick. Thank you

Charles is awesome great service.Although other staff talk too much, at at least enough to hear one of the staff talk about a woman named "Kim" and how they don't like how she's competitive....poor Kim
