Same as other reviews. Rude, just rude. So, I went and picked up my own package and decided to see what would happen if I just left with it! Well, that got their attention!! I'm of a mind to let UPS know. I was glad to see I wasn't the only one.

UPS parcels are layed out randomly on the floor. Rudely instructed to locate my own package. Extremely unprofessional staff. Why are the packages left unsecure? UPS needs to check on the access point asap!

bought something worth $1600 and UPS dropped it off here, just to find that is was sitting on ground unsecured.... WTF

I went to pick up my package that was delivered here by UPS. The man at the front desk did not say hi back to me when I arrived which was strange and when I showed him the pick up notice for my package he then waved me over to an open area of the store next to the fruit where packages were kept in baskets and across a table and told me to just find mine. After sorting through other peoples packages I found mine. The entire situation was very unprofessional and I literally could have picked up anyone else's stuff and just walked right out. I hope nothing I order is ever delivered here in future.
