Seems they don’t care to respond to customer emails. The food is great, the delivery person doesn’t follow instructions though. Not a fan of the early morning delivery thing as I leave for work by 7:30AM, I’m worried about missing an order and it sitting out all day. Also the main dishes on their monthly menu are pretty much all pasta covered in cheese. I wish there were some actual “healthy” options

We have enjoyed your food service so we decided to put our kid into your summer camp (to learn your secrets). What a wonderful camp! Kiddo was so proud of the creations and gained an appreciation for meal prep/planning, healthy ingredients, and new flavours. I was initially worried as our kid is younger, but our kid had such a great time and wants to return next year! (thanks also for your availability in answering calls/emails.)

Tried a bunch of meals for the first time, & super happy. The quality is fantastic, delicious & healthy. If i don’t eat too much of the blueberry loaf! ;) Will definitely be stocking up our freezer, so happy to be local to North Van as delivery is free!

Amazing food! Finally a real meal deal. I’m disabled and can’t stand up for more than a few minutes without my back hurting. I even tried the meal prep “20” min prep deals but it took too long and it’s difficult for me to cut veggies. I’m tired of the very processed unhealthy mass produced food. Well fed is perfect. It’s easy. Has great instructions for dopes like me and the food is awesome. It feels healthy too. I will add actual meal pic later.

We were delighted to receive a gift certificate for Well Fed to help out with meals while recovering from surgery. Portion sizes were great and the meals we tried were very tasty. We like their seasonally changing menu. Delivery was also easy to arrange. We have been so pleased with this service that we have given gift certificates to other friends/family in need of meal support. It's a great North Vancouver business we're happy to support.

I stopped in to purchase a meal and only wanted one item. Standing at the till, trying to pay, they told me I couldn't purchase it and needed to do so online (which was a min $50). I was basically trying to give them by business and money, during covid, and they turned me away. Needless to say I wont be making that online purchase or referring them in future to my North Van community. Womp womp.
