Very frustrating to shop at Walmart North Vancouver. You go to get the items on your shopping list and you come with half of them due to unavailable items. It is always like this. Many empty shelves that don't get replaced even after a week. Specially on items that are most wanted such as butter, ice cream and so on. Please refill your shelves quickly like other stores. If they can do it, sure you can too :(

I rarely shop here any more. My main focus has always been the craft department but over the years the offering of craft supplies has dwindled so much it’s almost pointless to make the trip. Walmart has basically rejected sewers and crafters, forcing us to shop elsewhere. It’s very disappointing.
Also, the new layout seems disjointed and confusing.
I’ve shopped this store since Walmart opened in Capilano Mall. It’s no longer the shopping experience I used to enjoy.

My family enjoys visiting McDonald’s on the weekends, especially after shopping at Walmart. However, we’ve noticed some concerns about the cleanliness of this location, that the staff never wear gloves or head coverings, which raises concerns about hygiene. Additionally, the floors and tables in the dining area tend to be greasy, and the front counter and food preparation areas appear unclean.We appreciate the convenience and quality of your food, but we wanted to kindly bring this to your attention in the hopes that these issues can be addressed for a better

The laziest staff I've probably ever met. They refuse to do a price check for me and then when I finally convinced him to do it and showed him the price is wrong they try and convince me otherwise that visually what we are all seeing is the same. It's as if they're all high on drugs. And then when I go to actually pick up my belongings to continue paying they've gotten rid of my stuff because apparently if you go into a price check you can't have your belongings anymore. The other problem was the people on customer service do not speak fluent english, and do not understand what I am saying. So you should not be in any customer service field if you do not speak the main dialect and or language of the region. You're never going to make a sale that way if you have no idea what the customer is asking you. Worst service ever and I've never coming back to this location ever again.
Then, not to mention how embarrassing to be a multi trillion-dollar Corporation and they can't even afford a generator to keep the power on, nor are they just able to take cash apparently they're not trained to do that. Apparently because I just gave them one last try and the power went down, and I have no generator and they can't accept cash. Good to know there are tons of money the corporation has is being used for a good purpose.

Customer service manager is super rude. Not ready to refund the wrong size pant pant for the original price due to different bar code as it wasn't my fault. Bad customer service!

Walmart recently underwent a layout change that I found to be incredibly confusing. While it seems like they have improved their merchandise selection, it feels like they now have less of everything overall. It was challenging to find what I needed, and even the employees appeared unsure about where items were located, which made my shopping experience frustrating and time-consuming.
To make matters worse, when we decided to leave without making a purchase, we were faced with an unnecessary hassle. Instead of being able to exit through the regular doors, we had to navigate through the entire line at self-checkout. There was a staff member at the exit stopping people, which felt quite ridiculous. Plus, while I was in the electronics section, I noticed an employee following me around, making it feel like they thought I was going to steal something, even though everything was locked up. It was a very uncomfortable experience.
Overall, I was really disappointed with this visit to Walmart. The new layout does not seem to enhance the shopping experience; instead, it complicates it. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon, and that's why I’m giving it one star.

One of the staff by the fitting rooms were sort of rude, me and my sister wanted to use one fitting room so if someone else needed the other one we won't hog it, even my father said that he thinks the lady thought we were gonna steal, why would we? We literally have no use for stealing. Not to mention, she asked if we needed the leggings I was trying on. if I was still holding it, yes, I'd still want it. And one of the male customers when me and my family LITERALLY just walked in, said "Excuse me girls" to me and my mom just to get some cheese from the dairy section, THERE LITERALLY WASN'T ANYONE BESIDE US AND HE COULD JUST GRAB IT FROM THERE. what a waste of time, and on my dad's birthday too.

It’s taken more than 3 weeks for them to try to ship my order and in the end they canceled it. Money wasn’t giving back with percentage. Terrible customer service
