The best health food store on the North Shore. I have been a customer for years. Their friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff are always helpful. I also love their smoothies. My favorite one is the Purple Majik smoothie.

I absolutely love Victoria's Health! This local health food store and smoothie bar has become my go-to spot for all things nutritious and delicious. My experience with this store is terrible, and I will not visit again. The store policy is if your purchase is over $75, you can get one free smoothie. So, if you purchase over $150, you should get two. I bought something over $100 and added something else for over $50. The total purchase was over $150, but they gave me just one smoothie because my second receipt was less than $75. The second purchase was just a few minutes after the first. The owner is a terrible person. I heard other people complaining about the same issue. This is disappointing, and I will not return to that store.

Today I went into Victorias and left with a not so great experience. Which prompted me to leave feedback in the form of a constructive review.The owner promptly reached out to hear more of my experience and I am ever so grateful.Hassan made me feel heard and valued. They truly do care about their customers and strive for the best.I’ve taken down my previous review to replace it with this one. To give Victoria’s a rating it truly deserves.And to the staff who served me today. I want to say thank you. Even though it was a ruff experience, you’re both still learning and I’m sure you’ll both grow into exceptional employees.Thank you Hassan for reaching out and I look forward to returning to Victoria’s!

My favourite place to grab a smoothie on the North shore! Their smoothies and meal preps are healthy and amazing! Stuff here is so nice! Love their kale, chicken and sweet potatoes ? meal ! Love the hazelnut bomb smoothie!

I've been addicted to Victoria's since my first visit 5 years ago. They have the most knowledge staff and the best açai bowl I've ever had. The prices are great and they have a solid selection of quality brands. I love that I can do all my health food shopping, grab my vitamins and get my free bowl in one stop!

I have been a regular client for Victoria health store north Vancouver since 2016 and spent lots of money.I lived north Vancouver and I thought I am supporting local business. However I had horrible hurtful experience with store owner today. I bought 3 products on April 24. However I returned one product and bought another 2 products on June 27th. It was a busy day because there was 20% off sale day. The cashier charged me 167.97 for 3 product instead of 1 return and 2 charge. Anyway I tried to explain how this transition was made wrong but the owner did not understand at all. I told him I wanted to talk to an accountant or someone can understand my situation. The cashier was actually trying to help me. I was really frustrated and trying my best to explain but he doesn’t even wanted to solve my problem. And he even said I am going to call the police. Anyway spent almost an hour trying to make them understand and finally they made the correct transaction and gave me a refund. It was hurtful painful experience and I will never go to this store again. If you treated your customer this way how could do your business well. Karma will come after him.

I do like this store for the bright and open layout and product selection, but I have to say the smoothie bar has really gone downhill in the past year! I recently earned a free smoothie with purchase and picked the hazelnut/choco flavour. I'd had this flavour before and it was delicious and unctuous and very filling. This time it was thin and flavourless. At the time, I suspected the fellow who made it must have forgotten some of the ingredients. A few weeks later, I was offered another free smoothie. This time I picked the kale flavour. Again, it was thin and flavourless and didn't correspond to the description. Very disappointing!
