If you're looking for just basic affordable clothing, this place is PERFECT for that. This is a great place to get things like sweatpants, t-shirts, and hoodies all for pretty decent prices. They have a decent selection of clothing to choose from for men and women.Deducting one star because oftentimes there's no staff at the changing rooms. So I've often had to wait until a staff member was available so they could unlock a changing room for me. Also, the mirrors for the changing rooms are on the outside of the changing room door, not inside the room. So you have to open the door in order to use the mirror which I find a bit inconvenient. The changing rooms are also rather small with little space to put your clothes/belongings.

they sold me a onesie with a sticker stuck on the fur, which takes a ton of the fur with it when you take it off. Smart! under the sticker was a decently big hole in the onesie. they're just covering up defects with labels thats crazyyy

I went to the till to check out. There was one girl behind the till who briefly acknowledged me, but told me to wait for her coworker as she was busy. She didn't call the coworker, but just continued to read her papers. Once the other girl came back, this one was very helpful and friendly. The first girl makes the business look awful if that's how customers are going to be greeted

Urban Planet has been a Capilano mall staple for what feels like a couple decades now. This is a clothing store for younger men and women, but look closely enough and you should be able to find something for everyone.Service here is friendly, staff are knowledgeable. There are changing rooms to try things on. Everything seems like it's well maintained and organized. They're constantly shifting styles in and out throughout the year. You'll always find something new if you visit every few months.
