A score of zero is too high for UPS.I have a package sent to me and because I live in the tower, the irresponsible drivers won't deliver my package. Even though I wrote the buzzer code.And it has been changing the status for three days.First, it says that your package will arrive at the access point at the end of time.But at the end of time, it suddenly changes the status to the next day.Unfortunately for this company for this customer service

If I could do zero I would. he wanted to charge me for extra tape on a prepaid return. Don't do returns if you're not willing to spare 2inches of scotch tape.

The lady at the store gave me hard time returning a package. She didn't scan the return label just because it didn't have my name on it but that's how most return labels are! She asked me to contact UPS to pick up the return instead of scanning it. Anyway, i did contact UPS 3 times but they weren't able to help and customer service was no good.
