I visited Unity today (Saturday, September 7th, at 2:11 PM) in search of some gold earrings, and I’m so excited to say I found the perfect pair. Not only are they absolutely beautiful, but my entire experience at Unity was amazing, thanks to an incredible staff member.
The girl working at the time, who I’m only mentioning as a ginger so the manager can easily identify her, was one of the kindest and most genuine employees I’ve ever encountered. She went out of her way to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and her positive attitude and warm energy made the experience so enjoyable. Her kindness and genuine care for customers really shine through, and she’s a true asset to the team.
I really hope the manager can take a moment to recognize her for her outstanding service and the value she brings to the company. Employees like her make such a big difference in the customer experience, and it’s rare to find someone so dedicated and kind. I hope she knows just how much she’s appreciated :) thank you so much <3

The retail girl that served me was absolutely WONDERFUL! ??
She had a bright cheery smile, positive attitude and quite frankly, it was the most beautiful customer service experience in a clothing store I’ve had in a very long time.
She gave me honest feedback and helped me choose the item I ended up purchasing without being pushy or over the top. I left Unity feeling happy and satisfied.
This girl was awesome, and I just want to thank her, and the powers that be for hiring her, for brightening up my day with her sparkly vibes!
I’ll definitely be coming back to your boutique, for the AWESOME clothes as well as the pleasant atmosphere and excellent customer service! Thank You ? ?

Happy little shop! Great clothing lines. It's my destination, go to store, for cute sweaters, T's, linen shorts, and colourful sweat coordinates! I always buy a funny card or two. Lots of beautiful everything ? Satin dresses, blazers, great denim, jewellry and more. "Unity" is a "New Clothing" shop...Unique to North Van. It's been by the Pipe Shop at Lolo for years. A must visit?♥️

I love this store!! I make a point of visiting Unity every time I’m in North Van, and sometimes go over just to shop there. They always have a great, curated selection of unique and on-trend pieces that you won’t find anywhere else - and that not everyone will be wearing! They have great accessories and gift ideas too. Really conveniently located, right next to the Quay, with friendly staff - it’s a local gem!

All of the staff at unity are so incredibly helpful and sweet and not pushy at all. They have such a nice quality and selection of clothing and is always changing! I can't count how many times they've saved me with a last-minute, accessory or full outfit.
