****SCAM ARTISTS****DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE.THESE PEOPLE WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE AND DENY PHYSICAL REALITY IN FRONT OF YOUR EYES.This is a business run by crooks who will break your phone and tell you it's fixed. They returned my phone more damaged than I brought it in. I haven't seen such shoddy workmanship in years as this place tries to pass off.My new phone had a tiny chip in the screen and I texted asking how bad it needed to be to qualify for replacement. Yash said "just bring it in and we will replace it", so I did.He looked at the screen and told me "this isn't damaged enough to qualify for the insurance claim" but after I said "that's why I asked how bad it needed to be", he disappeared to the back and re-emerged saying "we can do it, but we'll have to order in a different part— a new screen with the frame" (not verbatim).Now, a couple weeks later they told me they have the parts and I've brought my phone in for a new screen. Upon picking it up, right away I could see there are glaring fitment issues with the screen sitting proud of the frame in some areas, shy in others, with at least 0.2 mm gaps between the glass and the frame. In some places the gaps were big enough for my thumbnail to slide in.On top of that, the fit and finish of my back glass was completely ruined, with the glass sitting a whole millimetre proud in some spots, surely ruining the water resistance of the phone.These issues didn't make sense to me so I asked "so what was replaced— the screen and the frame?" And Yash replied "just the screen. Insurance wouldn't cover the frame." Leaving me to wonder how someone can so badly botch a screen replacement as to completely unseat the back glass from where it used to sit perfectly flush with the frame.Honestly, it looks like they bent the frame of my phone because there's no way the screen should be sitting shy in some places and proud in others, nor should there be any sort of gap between genuine Samsung parts on a $2500 flagship phone.When I asked what he's going to do to fix all these problems he's created, he replied "I'll clamp it again and then we'll see tomorrow".I took photos of my phone from every angle before bringing it in, just in case they maybe scratched the frame or something, but I was not expecting anywhere near this level of shoddy workmanship. Comparing the two side-by-side, there is no question this phone has been more damaged than repaired. Don't bring your phone here.****UPDATE****These frauds damaged my phone, pretended they would work it out with insurance, and then stood there looking me dead in the eye claiming it's 100% fixed while I prove to them it's not.I literally stood there with a .205mm feeler gauge inserted in-between the frame and the back glass and this crook's response is "there's no gap"Now I'm reporting them to the insurance company for fraudulentl practices.I should have known better to avoid these scammers when I noticed they're paying for fake Google reviews.THEY EVEN GOT DUST INSIDE MY CAMERA LENS!!
