I used this pharmacy a few times since I’ve moved to the neighborhood. However, I have always encountered a very hostile welcome from this guy from the photo. And when I come to pay for my products there is never a smile or anything to make me feel like my business matters. In the end I just gave up trying and decided to move pharmacies. Even though I need my car to get what I need, I find way more pleasant environment at Edgemond Village or at Lonsdale. It is a pity but to me it is true: “customer service matters!” I won’t go back to a place where I don’t feel welcomed.It is a pity since Nahid, the lady that takes care of the IP area in the pharmacy, is a sweetheart!! She was always helpful with the IP products and made my shopping there a bit more pleasant. I will miss her smiles but won’t miss the pharmacy guy’s hostile grumpy attitude!

I used Ideal Protein program for 3 weeks. In this program you can’t eat any thing except the IP products, which are disaster and mostly dry powder. Base on my experience It is not standard and i don’t suggest to anyone.The worse part is the coaching in this program... they should motivate the participants to follow the program and stay in line but unfortunately they just think about money and achieve benefits!!!! They action and their program was Really unprofessional and i am completely sad. Using this program is just wasted time and money

worst pharmacy I have ever been. My baby was released from the children's hospital several days before. the hospital gave us two drug prescription. Since it is close to our home, we droped by the second day. The pharmacist made a big mistake on the dose of drug. luckily my wife check before we gave to our baby. Also they charged 2 administrative fee on 2 drugs. definitely not going again. Be careful when you have your drug there.

I'm using Ideal Protein Program in this pharmacy. All the coaches are professional, friendly and caring and very knowledgeable.I started the program with lovely coach "Naz" and continue with another lovely coach "Neda". They are very supportive and caring, I highly recommend to use the program at this location if you are looking for long term solution to lose weight while being healthy and maintainable.
