Excellent customer service and extensive work on my vehicle. Apart from professional repairs to my car's front bumper, it was detailed and indeed look like new now. They even have Lexus as a courtesy vehicle. That's the shop I'll do business with from now on.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the owner and repairmen... answered any questions I had, took care of all the insurance details, which made an already stressful situation far less stressful, and everyone was very professional. A special shout-out to Johnny who has always been so kind and caring when I was really stressed out. I can't recommend this company highly enough. They are all wonderful!

I love Taylormotive! I always have a pleasant experience when bringing my car here. I have brought it in for the last 3 years and have always been treated respectfully and fairly. The team is very kind and giving and always wanting to give the best service. Both the Automotive and the Mechanic shops are kind and do a great job, thank you to Sue and the rest of the Mechanics team and Johnny in the auto body. . First tried to sell us on most expensive parts and had to haggle down. Either way, heard good things but was certainly not our experience. Dealership would have been cheaper and dependable in our experience.

I was rear-ended recently and I ended up finding my way to Taylormotive Service to get the repair work done. John and Liezl both made a stressful situation much easier and they had my car fixed in a very short amount of time. I would definitely go back, but hopefully I won't need to for a long time!

My 12 year old SUV suddenly made a metal grinding noise when I put it into gear. I was expecting a big bill for a transmission problem. I called Taylormotive first thing in the morning and they said they could look at it right away. A quick BCAA tow to their location and they called me back that afternoon. They couldn't find a problem but when I described what was happening in more detail (continuing to tell them I think it's the transmission, they said they'd have another look the next day. After another look they said it was actually a loose bracket in the exhaust system that was hard to find as the problem was intermittent. They said it was a simple repair and would be ready the same day. I didn't ask how much, thinking probably $200 - $300. They charged me $58! First time I think perhaps a business isn't charging enough for their service. SUV has been running great for a couple of days. No noises at all.

Had my wife take our van in for a wheelalignment, the shop called me to explain that our rear axel was bent and that it could be shimmed. I asked a few questions on the phone and my wife, who was still at the shop, says the guy on the phone seemed agitated by my questions. They book us in to shim the axel, then later that day called to say that our van couldn’t be shimmed because we have an all wheel drive and shims only work on FWD, they can change axel for $3400. A few weeks later I get a call from secretary asking why I am not at their shop to get the axelshimmed, I explained they said it couldn’t be done…we went back and forth on the phone and they confirmed, impossible to shim. Sometime later I got researching shims and found YouTube video showing our exact model van with AWD being shimmed. Called owner of the shop, once again seemed irritated by my queries and said I should just stop in to talk to him. Took time out mid afternoon to go and figure this out…he was ‘out for lunch’ and after waiting for over an hour I had to leave for another appointment, at this point I’m getting frustrated. Looked into this situation deeper with a mechanic where I work since I work in transport industry and the alignment report they provided didn’t make any sense for the tire wear I was experiencing, also my adjustment was showing out on the front on their report but they failed to align the front. Finally I decided to get a second opinion and went to a different shop. For a lesser price of an alignment they adjusted my front and determined there was no issue with my rear axel at all which corresponds to the tire wear I had been having. This shop wasted my money, my time, and created a lot of anxiety that there was an issue with our vehicle when there never was an issue. What’s more they didn’t adjust my alignment on the front which should have been done on my initial alignment, this was taken care of by the shop where I went for the second opinion and included in the price of their alignment. Form what I read in reviews this is a pretty good shop but most bad reviews are from alignment jobs…at any rate I sure got the run around for nothing, stay away.

We always get excellent service from Taylormotive! We’ve been going there for years and the service is consistently excellent. There is a ride service if needed too and my car usually comes back vacuumed which is a very nice bonus!
