After being told by the North Van Jeep dealership that they needed my car on site for at least 4 days before they could even do a diagnostic review of why my headlights and high beams didn't work I contacted Supertech Auto and they fit me in the following day, diagnosed the problem within an hour and got replacement headlights delivered and installed by the end of the day.
The service was exemplary and dealing with Alexis was a real pleasure. Supertech will now be my go to auto repair shop. Well done!

The waterpump on my car failed on the weekend and Sarang and the boys at Supertech managed to get me in first thing Monday morning.
As always, it was a pleasure doing business with the crew and the job was completed efficiently and within the price quoted. Good job.

Once again SuperTech showed why they are Number 1 in Customer Service. My 15 year old convertible Volvo (my best car ever) needs experts care. The guys at SuperTech kept me updated throughout the process and followed up to ensure I was happy. Sure am happy to be once again on the road with the top down!

Had my starter and battery fail following the recent rain storm, had my car to Supertech in and back running less than 24 hours. Free courtesy car was provided, so I was also able to go about my morning without issue.

I first took my vehicle to this shop because they do a really great job of making it convenient. During a long weekend I had several warning lights all come on at the same time. The car was driving fine but it felt concerning. I was able to book my appointment online, drop the car off the night before and the Google reviews gave me peace of mind.
It turned out tracking down the issue was a bit complex so it took awhile to diagnose which added to my anxiety level. But it helped to have a courtesy vehicle while they were diagnosing and working on it.
Unfortunately a day after bringing my car home the issue came back but this time the vehicle wasn’t drivable and I had to have it towed back to their shop.
They went above and beyond in getting to the bottom of the issue which was part-related not workmanship. These folks handled this situation with the utmost integrity. And I’m very pleased with the final outcome and my car is driving great.
The only area of improvement would be customer communication in between. It’s really hard when you’re not clear on what the problem is and the longer it takes to diagnose and resolve the more anxiety producing.

Very personable staff, clear on what the problem is, detailed quotes and you can actually hear from your mechanic. Everything is well explained. They returned a part that was not needed and saved me some money. Great job all around!
