I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Sleep Country store and couldn’t be happier with my experience.
Rosanna, in particular, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mattress. Her knowledge and expertise were evident, and she patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I made an informed decision. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
The product itself is fantastic—high quality and incredibly comfortable. I’ve been sleeping better than ever since my purchase. The overall experience at Sleep Country was outstanding, and I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of a new mattress. Thank you, Rosanna, for your exceptional service!

Initial experience with one person there was great and they were super knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased what we needed.Upon expected delivery day of our item, it was a snow day in lower mainland, so I had doubts, gave them time to contact me as I’m sure a number of deliveries were affected. Eventually I ended up calling them at lunch time to find out…yep it’s delayed and can only be rebooked for re delivery 10 days later…( I live in Squamish so they only come up 1 day a week, not sure why it was also push further out to a Saturday)I clearly was not happy about that date and asked why with plans of asking about shipping to store for us to pick up or direct pick up from Richmond but the response from the sales person was absolutely disgusting before I could even ask anything else.He yelled at me telling me he was fed up with people calling complaining about deliveries today. I asked him why he hadn’t called that may have been a bit better than me having to call, at this point he went off on a rant about how he was the only one and it wasn’t his problem to deal with. He then no longer wanted to talk and just rebooked it for a date 10 days later and wanted to hang up, I had no chance to ask about us picking it up or anything. I ended up having to call overall customer service and they called him to rebook as at this point he just wasn’t going to help me.Two stars as the 1st person we purchased the mattress from was wonderful. The second guy made this whole situation terrible and I still need to ask about a refund for delivery fee now ?

My recent encounter with Jay Huxtable at this Sleep Country branch was nothing short of impressive. When our 2020-purchased Tempur-Pedic set of pillows needed replacements under warranty, Jay efficiently and professionally assisted us, sparing us a significant amount of time.Jay's quick grasp of our situation exemplified his commitment to customer satisfaction, and his friendly demeanor and product knowledge made the process seamless. My wife and I also appreciated Jay's follow-up on our 2020 Tempur-Pedic mattress purchase, ensuring our overall satisfaction.In a world where exceptional service is a rarity, Jay shines. Jay Huxtable at the marine drive north vancouver location helped me purchase a bed and bedding. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had great advice. He made sure he understood our needs and we definitely got the right bed, mattress and sheets/pillows/duvet. I had everything shipped and I changed my mind about the date three times. He promptly accommodated me and was very friendly about it. Will go there again

I don't recommend this branch at all.I was there today and the staff even didn't know that they have additional 15% off.They were not helpful at all.It ends up for me to leave there and I went to another branch which were so helpful and nice and I did all my purchases with additional 15% off.

We’ve purchased beds there for both bedrooms, and are considering new headboards and bed surrounds. Staff is knowledgable and so helpful.

I really unsatisfied with one of their mattress, I have pain in my back every day and the warranty not cover my issue and I should pay for change for the exactly the same mattress, while I chose the hard mattress it’s not hard.

I was house shopping for bed mattress and pillows as I was moving to a new city in March 2022. The gentleman who works in the North Vancouver store was very rude to us and was not helpful at all. The way he spoke to us was like as if we were bothering him. He was also annoyed when we asked for the hygienic sheet to try the beds. We left and did not go on our purchase there. In downtown store on Granville, Mr Abi had amazing customer service and great product Knowledge on everything in the store, and we finalized our purchases there instead, we got the beauty sleep mattress + gel pillow and foam pillow for me and a mattress protection + pillow mist .He is a great ambassador for Sleep country. Thank you again Mr Abi

Amazing experience from shopping to delivery. Jay helped us get set up with a super comfy mattress. He was professional and down to earth and bent over backwards to get us into a mattress at great price. I highly recommend this location! Ask for Jay!
