This is probably one of the worst saveonfoods I’ve ever been to the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. They definitely do not go the extra mile. Every time I’ve gone to self check out the weight doesn’t approve my cloth bag. I have to try to find someone there’s no supervisor or anyone at customer service to help in the lineup gets big and people get agitated. It’s the worst never going to the store again

This is a great store that is community oriented and supportive. They donated the ice cream cups for the Seniors' Week celebrations at the Parkgate community. It was quick and easy to work with them. The store has many items that are useful for big events, such as individual creamers, ice cream cups and baked goods. The international food and bulk sections are impressive. I usually find there the items that I can't find anywhere else.

Today I am celebrating the 1st Anniversary of Jade CraftHouse and I ordered varieties of cakes and platters for the event from the Bakery...They are veryfresh and delicious. Thank You very much and the Team Members, Stephanie and Jila did go Extra Miles in their service. Thank You? I will surely come back for more orders for future events.

One of the worst Save-on-foods around. Some aisles are basically to narrow for full size carts so the store invested in only 4 mini carts. They always have inventory shortages. Their lay out is atrocious with products in multiple places. They never have enough cashiers. They don't have a cashier assigned to the self check outs so when they mess up you need to wait until the customer service person is done helping people at the desk. Plus the cart escalator is broken ever other week so no way to easily get to the parking lot with a cart.

This Save-On-Foods donated a bunch of ice cream to support our Seniors Programs Events. The manager was able to get them prepared quickly and on short notice. Such a generous storefront and team at this location! Thank you!

Today I was left shocked by how an employee spoke to me and my partner. We were at check out and had a question about a member discount on tonic water, and an employee named Mehdrad was incredibly abrasive and rude towards us. We were very put-off by this interaction, I felt so uncomfortable because this employee yelled at me for asking an honest question. I will go to safeway or Park and Tilford location. I worked in customer service a number of years and never approached a customer in such an abrasive manner, very disrespectful and upsetting.

The store is clean and the shelves are fully stocked. But in terms of the staff and customer service this is the absolute worst Savon I have ever been to. They do not seem interested to help the customers. They offer no help and seem angry when you ask questions. I was with my child who is special needs and the staff made no attempt to help and the cashiers just walk away from people when they try to ask them questions. This happened to another individual that was in line with me as well. Three staff members were absolutely rude to five customers. I will never shop here again. Their prices are ridiculous as well better go to the Safeway right across the parking lot

Visited this store for the first time yesterday to grab flowers. Rozita from floral did a phenomenal job helping me pick the best flowers and wrapping them. I will definitely come back to this location again just because of her excellent skills and great customer service and attitude. Thank you Rozita

Wanted to give a shout out to this pharmacy. I walked in after trying 3 other pharmacies and they were closing up for the day. I explained the situation and they went above and beyond to help me out and even stayed late. Very grateful!!
