We were greeted by the owner as soon as we walked in. He explained how the furniture was made and was never pushy. We ended up buying a bed. Their delivery people came on time and assembled it as well. Great service and product.

I purchased the Infinity Storage Bed with 16” height last month and I’m so in love with it! The piece is beautifully crafted and artfully designed. Very solid and of wonderful quality. It has provided me with much needed storage space.If you go, ask for Diamond. He is an absolute delight!! So very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. So willing to go above and beyond to ensure you find what you need.Everyone, from the owner to the delivery and assembly team, was so kind and professional.I would definitely recommend Rosewood Home and Condo if you are looking for beautiful, solid, sturdy furniture that will last a long time.

We wandered into the Rosewood showroom to kill time while waiting for an auto service. We left having purchased five pieces of furniture. We loved nearly everything we saw. The wood finishes and craftsmanship is superb. Warning: do not enter this store unless you are prepared to totally fall in love with their furniture!!

Ordered a bed and a dresser. Both pieces are solid and beautiful, and well worth the investment. Moreover, the guys who delivered went above and beyond: they arrived on time, assembled everything quickly and competently, and at the end even polished the furniture. Will definitely shop there again

Literally THEE best experience buying furniture here! All of the staff were super lovely and I would give Diamond and the others a thousand stars for their efforts in helping us find excellent, GREAT quality furniture. ?We bought a super comfy couch, two large end tables for the couch and a large coffee table - all made with rosewood which is of the highest quality for wood! We absolutely love everything we bought here and will cherish it. The coffee table helps by providing us with not only more space to store linens n such, but it also doubles as a regular table for studying and what not! It's a 3 in 1 for us and it's just GORGEOUS! ?Diamond went above and beyond! ? We HIGHLY recommend stopping by here first on your journey to outfit your home or condo! We can't wait to get a bigger place someday and buy more of the furniture from this store. ??* The chase was something we purchased elsewhere. Still nice but we love our new furniture! ?

My wife and I recently purchased a beautiful rosewood dining table from Rosewood Home and Condo in North Vancouver. We liked it so much we went back and picked up a rosewood bench which proved to be the perfect accompaniment to the table. We initially looked for a live edge west coast slab table, but liked the live and straight edge rosewood options better and at half the cost. We are very pleased with both the furniture and the excellent service. Tazneem and Diamond were both extremely helpful, personable and knowledgeable, going out of their way to accommodate our needs and answer our endless questions. And delivery and assembly of the table was done promptly and well. One of the nicest shopping experiences we've had in a long time. We'll definitely go back. Glenn

We can't say enough about the exceptional customer service we received from Rosewood Home and Condo. From our fiist call to Diamond at the showroom we were impressed by the time and effort he put in making sure we found the exact piece we wanted. He understood how important it was for us to view the piece we were interested in so without hesitation made arrangements for us to see it at their warehouse where we were also treated with amazing, friendly customer service. The delivery was not only quick to happen but the delivery men were extremely professional and went above and beyond to insure the beautiful Ingot sideboard made it safely to its new place in our home. We highly recommend that if you are looking for a beautiful piece of unique furniture and a smooth pleasant shopping experience that you check out Rosewood Home and Condo. We will definitely be going back soon.

Beautiful bed frame but unfortunately the slats aren't stable and make noise as they move every time I roll over! Will be needing to find a fix!

I absolutely love my new dining room set...beautiful, functional and excellent quality...but that's not why I'm taking the time to review. Customer service is outstanding! I can't think of a better furniture store to deal with.

One of the nicest furniture stores in town! Excellent quality, design, choice, and fair pricing for every room in the house. Supported with good customer service. And kudos to Igor and the team at the warehouse for the friendly helpful assistance. And don’t think it’s all rosewood! Beautiful arcacia too!
