Good luck if you ever need to return anything.
Especially if from another “company store”.
Many common items are not carried in NV store so waste of time trying to return and get your money back. Huge time suck. Will not shop here…would rather drive a little further and go somewhere that understands and cares a little about customer service

I go to this Rona often due to convenience of location but they have a lot of inventory issues. Probably about 50% of the times I go there they sell what I am looking for but it is just not in stock. Also, they are very stingy about their return policy. I was rejected for a return on a defective tool and had to argue it and show them their own return policy to get it accepted.

In the last two months have had two bad dealings with Rona at Park and Tilford in North Vancuver. The first one was early November 2024. My wife and I went in to buy a new freezer. We found one bought and paid for it. When we got home we got a call saying they did not have it and tried to upsale us. We cancled the order. Then on Oct.3,2024 I went back to the same Rona looking for a new dishwasher. Once again found one, bought and paid for it including delivery, installation, and removal of the old one. The delivery date was set for Oct.9,2024. On Oct.8 I received a call from Rona to reschedule. I told the person that I would not reschedule as the installers were all ready booked and paid for, as well as I had booked the 9th off of work to be home for the delivery. I was told our dishwasher was still in Calgary and it was impossible for the delivery. I responded that it is not my fault and they need to fix this. I was then told if I didn't like that I could talk to the manager. I said fine put your manager on. I was promptly disconnected. I tried calling back to there customer service 28 times. Of those 28 times the phone was answered 5 times. Of those 5 times three were to the appliance department which were not answered. One was to the store manager where I left a message. After about 2 hours I tried again asking not to be transfered but to have the store manager paged, after several minutes the phone was again disconnected. Finally I was so frustrated I drove down to the store. Once there I asked customer service for the store manager. About 5 minutes later the customer service rep comes back and tells me the store manager is on a conferrence call. A few minutes later a floor manager appraoches me to ask about my problem. I explain everything to her. Her reply was I should email head office. I asked for the order to be cancelled and our money refunded. She agreed but was very indifferent, did nothing to try and remedy the problem and make a customer happy. As for the stoe manager it seemed to me he just wanted to avoid the whole situation. And has not even returned my call. To me he is a lousy manager and a coward to hide in office and let his employees deal with the problems he should be. I will never shop or step foot in Rona again. And they got a one star rating only because I could not give them zero.

Manpreet one their employees helped me to find a right wire last week and it works fine, Happy to have a right and good customer services from Rona’s good worker. Slow cashiers, anyway I got what need.

Came to get fascia board every board is damaged and warped and they dont carry 2x10 prone fascia at this location ever I was told. That’s one of the most common boards how do you they not carry it every other Rona I’ve ever been to has it at all times.

Absolutely clueless. Wasn't there mentally. Otherwise this store has inventory, easy to park.

The staff here was super helpful. I was able to put in the right direction for my needs. The online order was also very quick and efficient moment I got to store they were able to locate my items quickly and give me my order very impressed by the staff here, this place is very well managed.

very poor customer service. I've trying for 2 days to get someone on the phone and nothing!!! ridiculous. when in the store the employees are friendly, polite and do their best to help but unfortunately sometimes they do not have what I need, so a waste of time that could resolved with a phone call. FRUSTRATING.

We have purchased two major kitchen appliances from this store and are very satisfied. The price and warranty got us to buy the first one but the service from floor staff was so great and trustworthy that we went back to the same salesperson for the second appliance. I think the fellow’s name was George (I’m feeling bad I don’t recall for sure - I should have written this review months ago). He was just really down to earth, nice and knowledgeable

Great shopping experience, thanks to sales person David’s kindness and expert advice. He took time to understand my project, gave me very good DIY tips and recommended the most fitting items. I will happily return to buy supplies for my next project.
