Went there this morning and wanting to ask if there is a promotion on their phones right now. 2 gentlemen were helping a customer and there are other 2 ladies that is working there as well sitting and just chatting did not even bother to ask if we need help. Poor customer service

The atmosphere in the outlet was relaxed and cordial. My wife and I dealt with Ryan.
He was professional and efficient, and managed to work us through a fairly complicated process in record time!

Hi Ryan, it's Richard. I'm a happy customer with my Samsung Galaxy S24, now I'm telling the world like I said I would ~ I read customer reviews for this store, I did product homework before visiting, I'm not afraid of technology, I'm serious yet playful, I'm a good customer for an old guy. Ryan is knowledgeable, able to tackle any obstacle, and I could joke with him. I was offered everything but not pushed. It takes a couple hours to get everything done.The customer cannot be King/Queen or always "right" if they are not prepared, or show up at a busy time. Most places receive a minimum of 5% bad reviews. I received multiple discounts due to a brand loyalty of 10 years; to think that I almost went to the competition. Rogers had that all day outage a while back (etc.) and it's fashionable to dislike the big business that you're with. It's a smaller store but 3 other people were working. CheerZ
