Yesterday, on September 19th, I bought a pack of bread from Superstore, and when I opened it, I found it moldy. Be cautious when purchasing from Superstore.

I'm honestly surprised, this is such a giant store but they don't seem to have a section for frozen vegan entrees?! I asked a staff member who looked at me like I was crazy. That didn't make me feel great. The website is slow, confusing, and doesn't seem to be able to tell you where to find items. Every other grocery store I've been to in the last four years of being vegan has made it easy enough to find food for me. What the heck, superstore?!

Good prices, nice staff, and is usually pretty clean and organized inside. I just wish they sold ethical free-range meat.

Zero is the correct number of stars this
store deserves in reviews. My daughter saw posters and banners throughout the store and by the entry indicating "free card pack, every $25 spent". So we spent $80 and requested for the card pack, the cashier had no idea and customer service said it is starting tomorrow! and we have the option to return everything and come back tomorrow. No rain check nor other option! If the poster had referred to an effective date, I could explain it to my child, or simply come the next day as none of the items on my list were urgent. I am very disappointed at their poor handling the situation as my daughter correctly says "they lied, they scammed us".
It is not about the card pack, this is about not caring to keep the word. See the picture of a banner for yourself.

3 time I try to buy this fruit, but all the cashier doesn't know it, and just keep checking on the book. Because is causing line up, I prefer to past this, 3 time.

“The first store in Canada where I saw employees behaving so badly and disrespecting customers was here, and I was really surprised. From the moment I entered, I asked a lady who worked here to help me with my problem walking and to get an electric scooter. She behaved so badly that I was really surprised. I asked several employees for help, and they didn’t assist me. I am Iranian, and they were also Iranian. I am really, really sorry.”

Sizes have gone down consistently while the price has plateaued or increased. some of the things we used to consistently buy a few years ago are three times the price now - we just can't justify it now. plus, anything non-PC we can find cheaper elsewhere. don't waste your money. support local if you can, support literally anyone else otherwise.

Customer service counter is really inefficient. Was waiting in line and several people jumped the line but they didn't care.
