First I received a long voice message. I called back and dashed them to hold it.But they forgot to leave their address for pick up heheThen I dropped by, the clerk said I had no package.If I did NOT question her again- I would not have picked up my package.It is a busy time so I am just happy to have received my package!!

I had a return package and that was quickly done. Staff looked like know their job perfectly. My package was shipped next morning after check the tracking number in the website. This location is at the corner of the Lonsdale and 11th so may not be hard to find parking close to it.

My parcels do not get dropped off at my door instead when they get into my building they leave a note instead of drooping my box at my door. No phone call only a notice to pick it up at a location that has the worst parking available. It's not the first time this has happened.

Delivery driver did not even knock on my door, and left a notice for me to pick up the package next week. My order got kinda split up for some reason, but I got it all within 2 weeks so it’s alright

I use the Purolator store on Lonsdale frequently and am super impressed with their customer service. Staff are calm, patient and helpful no matter how busy they are.

We had a delivery show up. We are in an apartment. The man called and I told him we have a new door system, but will try and buzz him in, but I would come down right away. 3 floors. The guy said he was in a hurry and just buzz him in. I tried and then ran down stairs. About 15 seconds. He left with package. I had stayed home waiting for delivery. Who can not wait 15 seconds? Ridiculous

I have no problem with the store the customer service is great I dropped my pocket off that I had to send out they are very helpful the only reason I'm giving it four stars is unfortunately the parking in that area is not great
