Absolutely terrible. I was here with my children and they had a 1 hour 30 minute line up. For an appointment that took less than 2 minutes. Terrible do not come here.

Had bad experience, would not recommend and also friends had similar treatment, manager seems to be very unprofessional and rude. People in health care should be more caring and understanding.

Went to this location a few times. Found the woman a manager who usually works at the Robson location to be quite short, dry, and snooty with me almost like I was asking her for her organs instead of some advice. Seems to me both her and the guy manager working there act like they are working a health practitioner job instead of a 6 mths education in vitamins / cashier job!! Their products are generally expensive. The hiring practice is caucasians mainly so dont expect them to know different language or culture. On a good note the Pharmacists are patient and humble.
