Every time be it shipping or receiving the staff have been very sweet, professional, and friendly. I sincerely don't understand why people have given bad reviews for the service there. The people working there are genuinely so kind. They have also helped me save money several times because I ship packages to my long distance friends often and they helped me make sure I was using the best shipping materials and options for what I needed.”
