“In this difficult squeeze of a season of respiratory illnesses we were lucky to find a pharmacy that had or were able to compound amoxicillin for our toddler. To avoid frustration and wasting time with the current shortage, we contacted a dozen local pharmacies. It was so refreshing to be able to get fast, responsive service from an e-mail address. No calling in, struggling to hear the auto phone menu directory while kid is screaming required. “Andersons Pharmacy has been in North Vancouver for many years, There Phamacy ussed to be on 3rd and Lonsdale. my wife and her family has been with Andersons since the 1960,s They loved it when it was right on Lonsdale and 3rd street. there used to be a cafe/ icecream shop in the very back. everyone went to Andersons it was like a hangout. They had a thing that twirled around with Hot mixed nuts. Candy store. and everything you needed for your household. they had everything my wife said. and this place was huge and roomy place, it would be nice if they went back to this location. good memories. But now days Maria and Jeffery are so nice and polite, and they aim to Please . good fast service and they deliver also, My wife and i and our whole family have been with Maria,s Pharmacy for numerous years and we plan to stay. there very good to us.They have so much stuff in this new location also.Keep up the good work Maria and Jeffery. you guys are Awesome.!!!”

“My son and I were in a restaurant, and he started getting an allergic reaction to some food. In fact, he lost his voice, and we rushed over to the pharmacy at save on foods in the pemperton plaza to get benelyn .
luckily the pharmacist asked us to sit down for 10 minutes so she could keep her eye on him because he got much worse.
the pharmacist paged the first aid person and phoned 911 then shot my son with an epi pen and off to emergency where he recovered.
I would like to thank all the wonderful,caring people who worked and helped us that day at the pharmacy and the first aid guy at save on foods.
I hate to think how things could've turned out if the people at save on foods didn't take care of us,

“Safeway. Medium sized store is large enough to have wide selection. Produce and dairy are fresh. Update since Sobeys took over still as above. Often several weekly specials are very competitive. Now with the scene point system.”

Maybe the rude staff of the neighboring whole foods market can take notes from lablows staff how to be polite and take lessons in effective costumer service and that includes their manager.”
