I want to thank Alexis so much for her kindness and compassion when I was visiting the store to pick up supplies for my cats. My dog passed away a few months ago and I'm triggered with grief in pet stores. She understood and let me share. Thank you so much Alexis - you really helped me that day <3

I was in the store getting food for my dog that struggles with many different things and Ben, the employee there, was able to direct me to the perfect food for my sick and old dog. The food no longer makes my dog sick and he has way more energy now. Ben was sweet and very informative. He knew exactly what he was talking about the food. He was able to tell me the positives and negatives for each and every food for fussy dogs. I thank Ben for helping my dog who will now be able to go on walks with us like he always wanted to but couldn’t. Overall it is a great store who educates their employees so they know exactly how to deal with the requests from customers.

One of North Shore’s best in my opinion. Lots of product options and super helpful and friendly staff. Julie gave me a great rundown of kitten food, and got us off on the right track to having a cat! A+
