I came in a little over a month ago looking for kidney support food for my 11 year old whippet, who had just come from the vet with a diagnosis for kidney and UTI issues. The vet was pushing this expensive powder and royal canine garbage food and I wanted to find something better for her. Brooklyn showed me dry kibble that they had available but informed me that a raw diet with cordyceps drops for kidney/bladder support would be more beneficial and would most likely clear up her issues. She gave me samples of meat and goats milk for our picky eaters to try and some other recommendations. Our dogs are loving the food and have had no further issues! Brooklynn recognizes us every time we come in and it really makes you feel appreciated as a customer. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE! Thank you Brooklynn for all of your help <3

As a new-ish pet owner I have lots of questions and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They specialize in healthy food for cats and their selection for dogs looks the same. I often buy bones for my sister’s dogs here as well. Highly recommend !

1254 Lynn Valley Rd, North VancouverWe recently had to bring our dear old cat Cherry into the clinic with serious age-related problems. He was almost 20 years old. This was very hard on us as Cherry has been a cherished member of the family and the best pet ever. We feared the worst but hoped for the best. Sadly it was not to be. His kidneys were failing and there was little more that could be done. We had no choice but to make make the tough decision.
The good news is that Lauren walked us all through it with kindness and compassion and an affection for Cherry that touched us all deeply. The end went as well as could possibly be expected thanks to her and the rest of the staff. Our heartfelt thanks for being there through that difficult time. We unconditionally recommend Lynn Valley Animal Hospital and Dr. Lauren Stone-Mockler to all concerned.

2580 Capilano Rd, North VancouverThis was my first time visiting an emergency clinic. My poor 15 year old pup was attacked by a raccoon last night as well as being pushed into the pool by it. The staff were excellent and had me in a room within 30 mins. The Vet tech (can't remember her name) and Dr. Jordie Schnarr were excellent and so caring, the Dr went over everything thoroughly and only sent home what was necessary. Very happy with their service and their kindness toward my old lady, thank you!

The post-walk email updates are such a delight to read, and is such a nice added touch to the service, we love reading about what Barley and her buddies were up to on their walk.

We ordered half Hawaiian and half goodfather, and the crust was cooked to perfection.
The owner was very friendly and attentive, and in all honesty, I can't recall the last time I had such a great pizza and service. This pizza has been one of the best, if not the best, I ever had.

With its cozy, eco-friendly vibe, it was the perfect place to grab a quick coffee before the adventure. We ordered a cappuccino and a latte, and they were simply amazing—smooth, rich, and just what we needed to recharge!
? Nomad stands out not only for its great coffee but also for its commitment to sustainability. It’s one of the first coffee shops to eliminate single-use cups, encouraging customers to bring their own. The minimal yet stylish decor, filled with greenery, adds to the relaxed atmosphere, making it an inviting spot for both a quick coffee or a sit-down.
? Unfortunately, we were in a bit of a rush and didn’t get a chance to try any of their freshly baked goods, but they looked delicious! From croissants to cookies, the bakery section is definitely something we’ll come back for next time we’re in the area.
⭐️ Overall, Nomad Coffee & Bakery is a hidden gem in North Vancouver. Great coffee, a cool, eco-conscious environment, and friendly staff make it a must-visit. We’ll be back for sure to try more of their bakery offerings!

It was perfect for us that it was in the Bridge park, while it may have been more pricey for that reason, it was beyond convenient!

Our server, Grady, was excellent! We were blown away to come back the next day to get our party decor and find it all neatly organized, put away, and easy for us to pack out. I am a bit surprised this restaurant is called Bistro as it’s as big as a restaurant and served like a restaurant. The only thing is we were not asked how we would like the benny done and didn’t let us know until we had them. They are all medium so if you don’t like medium, better ask when order.
