“Excellent selection of healthy tropicals. Helpful staff. Small gift area and medium selection of pots. Plant knowledge is high here and the parking lot in the new location is great as well. Footprint of store is less than previous location and has less charm but overall has most things you'd be needing in a pinch.Pricing is north van prices, so a little higher than other locations.”

“I went to the Garden Works in Coquitlam on June 4th around 330pm (did not catch lady's name unfortunately)to see if someone could give me advice on how to properly replant an orchid that had belonged to my late Mom. I thought to purchase the proper soil but the lady (working in the flower arranging section of store) simply took the orchid, tidied the poor roots and preceeded to repot it, all at no charge. I thanked her and She said, "it was your Mom's" Such a kind gesture. Made my day. Glad know there are still thoughtful people around.”
“I mean I went there to buy a fairly small bag of rocks. Even though it was such a tiny $10 purchase the staff were helpful, thoughtful, and nice to deal with. It felt like they were happy to be there and happy to help! Good experience. I'll go back for future needs for sure.”
“Came here looking for pumice rock for succulent plants as I looked at a few stores and couldn’t find it. They had it and the service was great. They have lots of orchids and other plants that are reasonably priced. I didn’t notice they had a sign saying final sale and while I might understand that for plants, I didn’t like that for other non-perishable items but it’s fine if you are sure you’re gonna want the products. They have accessible entrance and parking.♿️ there’s a large parking lot. I will visit here again.”

“The shop seems to be mainly targeting larger quantity/volume retail or wholesale, as the shop is dimly lit and are not intended for customers to go in and shop themselves. The shop owner seemed eager to help nonetheless.”
“Good hardware shop. Big like Home Depot but Canadian owned I think? Really difficult to find someone to help us though. Not a lot of staff on the floor when we went on a Saturday morning.”

“Went to buy a couple of plants for my bedroom. I ended up getting a peace lily, snake plant and two clay pots for both the plants. The prices are very reasonable and the lady who helped me out was very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely visit this place again.”
