Was assisted by Manu and Lauren with purchasing the car. I would say the professionalism was way better than other dealerships, also you can get a better deal at this location compared to other dealerships. Their pricing was good based on market value and hassle free. I have been going to dealerships, and they would quote me bad amounts plus tell me crazy doc fees like ($1200). However, here at North Shore, Manu was honest and clear from the start I was shown itemized bill and charges for each amount, making it easy for me and giving peace of mind to purchase the right car. Lauren was also very clear with explaining financial aspects and was very clear to understand. Overall, I think it was a good experience and will recommend it as they are concise, honest, and accurate.

Extremely disappointed with the Service department at NS Kia. There have been ongoing issues with poor communication and management.
It has happened repeatedly that I have booked my car in for a service (eg. brakes) and have arrived to find out that the service desk staff didn't know what service my vehicle was booked for. I wasted an entire day waiting for a service that I was told would take 1-2 hrs. I have had to repeatedly book appointments for service because Kia keeps doing "inspections" instead of completing the actual repair. I was charged $150 for an inspection that had already been completed before. I had already clearly communicated the repair and parts needed for the repair and had provided paperwork showing the service required.
Recently I have needed to have the HUD repaired due to damages from a Speedy glass windshield replacement gone-wrong. I spent months re-booking my vehicle in for service and repeatedly checking in to see if the parts for the job had been ordered and/ or had arrived. Finally the service manager got back to me and said I needed to pay for parts upfront. Once the parts arrived I was never notified. I waited for aprox 6 months to hear back and then finally followed up. NS Kia told me they had had the parts for months but hadn't notified me because they were unclear who was paying for the service... They already had a standing PO set up with Speedy glass.
Today my vehicle was finally booked in again at 9:15am for the repair for the HUD. I dropped my car off at 6am and arrived back at the dealership at 4pm. I hadn't received any call or notification all day about the status of my vehicle. No work was done...
On another occasion the service desk told me that the mechanic had inspected the HUD and had lubricated/ adjusted it so it was working fine. When I got in my vehicle and started the car the HUD was still very obviously broken and made clunking noises with no visible change. The dishonesty was very upsetting. I have lost a lot of trust in the staff at this dealership.

I recently purchased a Kia Sorento from north shore Kia with the help of Manu and he made the process so easy for me. He went over the car in detail showing me how to use all of the features and was able to answer any question I had. His expertise and professional demeanour really put me at ease when making this purchase. Thank you again Manu!

I came here for my first car after my brother got his first car. Manu was my sales consultant and I can’t explain how amazing of a person he is. He made sure everything was perfect for me and made this an easy amaizng experience. Cory was also the best and made sure everything happened smoothly. My brother referred me here and id do the same to anyone. Come find Manu and I’m sure you will have a good experience.

So I’ve gone into this dealership on three different occasions there is never been anybody at the front desk and while there have been one or two staff members in their cubicles, helping other customers, I’ve noticed other staff member standing around chatting with one another or looking at their cell phones While I’ve stood at the front desk for up to 10 minutes, waiting for assistance clearly these people aren’t interested in selling new cars and if that’s the type of customer service they offer let’s hope you never actually have a problem with your vehicle. Avoid this place like the plague.

I recently purchased a Kia Seltos from North Shore Kia and when I say the process was smooth from beginning to end and stress free I 100% mean it. Manu was the sales associate who assisted me with the purchase and took the time to explain all the features of my new vehicle. He was professional, an excellent communicator and told me I could contact him if I have any further questions. The rest of the North Shore Kia team was also fantastic and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend going to see Manu and the rest of the team at North Shore Kia when you or anyone you know is on the market for a fresh set of wheels!

Anand Thangavel is the best of the best! I’ve been a customer with North shore Kia since I bought this car and has been doing service check all the time with them. Anand has always been a great help and never recommend me anything that I do not need, which is very hard to find these days. I especially felt the need to address the appraise to him after I moved and tried a Kia maintenance store at another location and the service was certainly not as delightful as North shore Kia. I will definitely go back to my original location next time when doing my next service check even I live further now.

This is a Five Star review of the service centre employee Tracy! She is a star at the service desk. She work hard to make my experience at Kia 5 stars! She is kind, clear and worked to make sure I received my curtesy rides quickly to get home and then on my return to pick up my car. Very impressed with Tracy and Kia for having such great staff like Tracy!

We had a great experience purchasing from Alberta - Manu was so helpful in sending us photos, videos, inspections, etc. and did a video call to show us the vehicle in real time. They were flexible in getting everything ready based on our travel schedule and were able to get us out and on the road quickly on the day of purchase so we could drive home. Thank you Manu! Very happy with our new vehicle!
