It seems a bit old at first and the entrance corner is a bit tight, but even on the entry level $15 setting my car came out really shiny and still is days later.

I gave the car wash my money and it took my money and didn't work at all. I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone for help at 1030pm and had to back out of the car wash because the machine was in my way to pull forward and leave. I called in and they were very accommodating, they gave me a refund and a free car wash for the issue.

By far the best car wash in Lower Mainland. Cost is fair for one time washes and they have great promos for prepaid cards.

These guys really need to invest some money back into this car wash, equipment is constantly breaking down or not working properly.
So today I go to get a wash, the machine breaks after the soap stage, I need to back out and wait in the sun while another working bay becomes available, meanwhile the soap is drying on the truck. By the time I go through the wash the soap stains the entire truck. So the truck is essentially worse than before the wash. Rubbish! Really dissatisfied lately with this place!

Sometimes the washing is perfect, but other times it’s just a waste of time and money. They don’t service the system regularly, which is why the results are inconsistent.

The staff are great , but the wash itself is garbage.
Does not do a good job cleaning your car. Leaves that road film fully intact. Additionally they added EV charges to the parking spots where you vacuum and shampoo your vehicle, so now people camp out there for hours instead of detailing their cars. Their tire pressure gauge is broken and the staff informed me they won’t be repairing it due to the cost, the dog wash doesn’t work and they always seem to have one or two wash bays broken. I find most of the time there is something wrong with the wash as opposed to working properly. Many times I’ll notice it doesn’t disperse enough soap or it leaks soap the entire was cycle.
The wash itself is quite expensive when you consider the poor quality wash, the amenities are kind of what made it worth it. Not anymore. I ended up buying a pressure washer I’ll just do it at home.

The change machine didn’t work so I had to put in $4 for the shampoo. Then no shampoo actually came out of the brush. I waited 2 minutes for the shampoo to start working, then gave up and switched to the vacuum so my $4 wouldn’t be totally wasted. I just wanted to shampoo some coal marks off my seat.
