Top notch customer service, repairs done in a timely manner, and attention to detail. The owner of this shop, Dilsher Singh, is kind, caring, compassionate and so reassuring and accommodating; I cannot possibly say enough positive things about him. The shop is located at 1980 Marine Drive, North Vancouver, BC. This place offers super service. I started going there because it was close to my residence. Now that I have moved to the other side of North Shore, I still use their excellent services. Over the years, I have become convinced that finding a better place for repairs and servicing of our three vehicles is virtually impossible. If you are looking for honest, expert, reliable and cheerful service, this is place to go.

It is hard to find reliable mechanics these days but the folks at Cap and Marine fit the bill. There have been a couple of occasions when my car has been looking at real trouble and the Cap and Marine people have gotten me through it in a reliable and cost effective way. They seem expert at fixing what needs fixing; and letting you know what will need fixing next time. I highly recommend the crew at NAPA Cap and Marine.

Haven't changed my mind about these guys! I wrote a Google Review long ago. Excellent customer service! Super reasonably-priced and helpful .... totally chill. No up-selling, either. I drop off the car, later pick it up, all fixed. Can't get any simpler. Ironically, my brother owns a garage but it's an all-day affair of waiting to be served last, naturally. I am quite happy to drive from downtown over to this North Van garage to bring in my mother's vehicle. Thank you, gentlemen!

Great team, friendly and quick service. You can't go wrong here for pretty much anything car related. I use them for checking out used cars I'm buying and they've saved me thousands in things I might have missed otherwise. Some car guys like me don't like going to "chain shops" but these guys are really like your local garage than a chain shop. Two thumbs up.

On our way back to Coquitlam the transmission on our 2016 town & country van litterally packed it in right in front of Meb's shop. (Sunday afternoon, thanksgiving long weekend)Fortunately one of the mechanics was there working on his own car. He took the time to talk to me, told me where to park the van, where to leave the keys and how to get a hold of the shop owner. Very professional attitude. Tuesday morning I called the shop owner Meb who was on our vehicle right away... Thursday afternoon, after a full transmission rebuild, we're picking up the van and back on the road again.Napa Auto & Marine Ihighly recommend.The high quality customer care exceeded my expectations.Meb completely took care of all our extended warranty issues.If you live on the north shore you are fortunate to have this shop in your neighbourhood...if you don't, they are worth the drive.Service: Transmission
