I was greeted when I came in and then ignored. I had to find an associate whenever I needed assistance with something. Changing rooms were dirty (the floors were filthy, especially the corners and baseboards). Had a tough time finding a shirt that was my size

Came here with my son looking for graduation suite/ shirt/ shoes etc… Sales attendant was extremely helpful and so pleasant, he was able to assist us with finding everything we came there for in a very short time. Highly recommend this store!!!

Went to buy a suit. Neda was so helpful and friendly, and really made buying a suit a great experience. Really appreciate all her help and advice! Best customer service I've experienced in a while.

The two staff members that were working did not come offer to help right away. When the one staff member approached us, he was not clear in his answers and left us more confused. We then went to find the other associate who told us we would just get a different colour of suit but that would be ok. I would not recommend going to this location if you require help with your suits.

I had visited alot of other clothing store with no luck in finding what I was looking for when to Moores at around 8:15 in the evening I Dealt with a young sales representative and found everything I was looking for. Even though they closed at 9:00 I was not rushed or pressured. Great staff and fantastic service ?.

Bought a suit and went to pick it up and they had not only billed it twice but changed it to a different colour/brand suit. They said they'd replace it with the correct suit but AGAIN replaced it with a different brand. I ended up with a cheap replacement that doesn't fit very well because I never tried it on. Don't waste your time and money here. One star is too many.

Very happy with my experience shopping at Moors clothing store in North Vancouver ! We were assisted by a sales person Neda . No pressure sales tactics . Very friendly and professional attitude . We would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a professional advice when it comes to buying a proper attire. Shiva (hope I spelt that correctly) who is the tailor here was incredibly helpful and is the best tailor I have ever been to. There was a minor issue with the pants that I just had tailored but she fixed it perfectly on the spot. I was also in a tight spot with a wedding 2 days away and needed some work done on a shirt so she came in and got them done. HUGE help for me and I am very appreciative of her help.
