This location is terrible kicked us out because of my autistic ADHD son the Asian man was extremely rude yelled at us and told us to get the hell out. Do not whop here it is not worth it they would not give me the number to head office or the owner to make a formal complaint

I've been a customer for years. In the last couple of weeks the website hasn't worked at all for online ordering and specifically on the Tuesdays which is the new "senior's discount" ordering day. Nobody likes this discount only on Tuesdays BS ! It used to be that a senior could just input a discount code. Not anymore. In addition, I have called my local store twice and spent too much of my time trying to get a proper resolution. To date NOTHING has been done even though the nice rep "Eve" at my local store apparently gave my complaint to management. Hey management, corporate is next. Get it together, please & thank you.

I tried placing an order for my son I’m in Ontario gave him my credit card then I was told my son would need a printout of the confirmation unfortunately he does not have a printer even tho he had id and the confirmation on his phone they refused to give him the 239 dollar order not only that but sent me an email saying he never received the money .What a crook

Worst customer service experience, when I initially entered the store the manager was extremely rude. She asked if I had an insulated bag. Which I didn’t I was going right home after purchasing my products and refused to sell to me and proceeded to help the next customer . I am disgusted by the way I was treated in the store . Never shopping there again.

Absolutely appalled by the way I was treated by a so called manager I proceeded to enter the store at which I by my dessert and small items for dinner, I had my service dog attached to my waist as I always do and b4 I got more than 5 feet in the door a man rushed at me yelling get out get out no dogs I the. Let him calmly know this is My service dog she doesn't leave my side he cut me off and was about to touch me lucky for him I left as there were a couple elderly ladies there and I thought it was extremely rude and just out right mean and I'm disgusted at the way I was treated a well paying customer that will never go to another m&m meats again there has never been an issue b4 as she's my service companion at which she helps my anxiety and depression at which I could not handle to be treated in such an unfair and totally our right judged by a man who just didn't give me a chance so m&m it's sad u have such oll mannered employees or people who are In charge of treating customers wow I wish there was a minute start rating
