Worst customer service ever. I bought most of my KUMA camping stuffs from Lordco in the past and I went in to grab double chair this time. I ask one of the rep if I could open one up just to see the size. There was one double chair on the display but it was different from the model I was looking for and the rep literally told me they are same thing and told me not to open to check the size. I told him that the displayed one is not the same model from what I was looking for, they had it right there but not on display. He looked so fed up and keep telling me they are the same thing. The model they had on display was KUMA Kozy Bear Double chair and I was gonna buy KUMA Bear Buddy Double chair. If it is exactly same thing why the hell the name of the chairs are different? I was gonna ask one more time to open one up to see the actual size and he again said it is the same thing and walked away. Great way to serve the customer. I would never go back after this, I would rather order my stuffs from somewhere else even though I have to wait for shipping.Worst of the worst.

Have shopped here on several occasions .Always leave with more the I came for . Great sales . Lozenzo was very helpful. I was looking to have some 20-20” tires on my Charger . He made my day as he provided confirmation that the tired would work on the rim . For all your car truck and camper needs -straight to Lordco !!

Walked in to ask if they have shift shaft seals by sizes. One of parts rep kept his distance for some reason. No help at all. Until I realize when I drove away it was because I was wearing a ski mask. It snowed a couple days ago, and its still cold out. As well I recently had a scar on my cheek as to try and cover it up. Ski masks arent even a recommended medical mask.

This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen. It's almost laughable. If Napa or Bumper to Bumper doesn't have the part I need, this place is my last resort. Stay away, unless you're desperate.

Very poor management, and customer experience.Purchased at full retail, a 38mm socket bought by mistake (needed 36mm).Returned the very next day with receipt in hand, original tag, and unused part, (you would clearly see any scratch marks or abrasions that would accure from even single use).The (parts?) manager , would not refund $42, and basically accused me of lying!She justified this , because the tag was taken out of the sockets hole (can be easily taped back).For a multi million dollar company, not to accept an unused part back, and have this level of poorly trained management is beyond me.I left the part in her hand ,and receipt on the frontdesk, (since I have no use for such socket).Then, The manger smugly yelled "Thank You!!", as I was leaving the store unhappy).Extremely dissatisfied.Stepping over dollars to pick up pennies.

I visited This branch of Lordco in Marine Dr in North Vancouver Yesterday (Dec1) around 4 PM and had an encounter with an employee who introduce himself "George". I requested assistance politely, but his response was disrespectful. He raised his voice, physically mishandled the monitor, and when I objected, he displayed an unprofessional attitude, stating that they didn’t want my business. This has been my worst experience in Canada.Yesterday’s experience was extremely distressing. George’s inhumane behavior not only ruined my visit but lingered, leaving me visibly shaken. His actions were far from what I expect from a professional. I couldn’t comprehend or accept such treatment. It’s disheartening that Lordco, a place I trusted, allowed such behavior. This incident occurred in the Lordco section, and I hope this review prompts a reevaluation of their customer service standards, Iam never go to this Branch of Lordco after many years of being a customer.After all this much headache and worth behaviour i went to the Lexus dealership and they gave me free Lug Nuts for the Costomer services after they heard this story of my experience of this branch of Lordco.

Really unfriendly, unhelpful staff at the Fell Ave location in the North Vancouver. They generally hate people and don't budge from their perches to actually help anyone. Seriously, who manages these people!? Maybe it's the manager that needs to be trained?

I needed some clamps for my car. I approached the middle aged man at the counter. I tried to show himI the photo of the clamp I needed, on my phone. My phone was 4-5 feet away from him, separated by a wide counter. He shouted : "you don't have to stick your phone in my face!" I was taken aback. What's wrong with this psycho? His colleague outside confided in me saying he did that to every customer and to his coworkers. I received zero help from staff except to point me to some section of the shop. Price is high. I won't be back as i really prefer not to be treated with rudeness.

Service reps are un helpful and generally condescending. As a male I witnessed them being rather sexist to a female customer who clearly knew what she was looking for and what she was talking about. On top of this their prices are high. Don't recommend coming to this location unless you have no other option.

I visited twice. The first older "customer service" rep barked at me: "don't stick your phone in my face". I was taken aback. The big counter separated us and my phone was at least one meter away from him. He didn't help meet find the part I needed. He motioned for me to go to some shelf area. I bought the items and had to go back for more goods. The other agent was unhelpful but not so rude.

Walked in looking for an electric part that I knew nothing about. Needed help and talked to a cheeky guy at the end of the counter. He pointed out the aisle and said he could not help because he was alone. I stood in the aisle confused for about 15 minutes while 5 guys stood at the counter and talked back and forth. Dropping F-bombs and ignoring me. Extremely unprofessional and zero service. Will not go back if I can help it.
