I know Fehmina and Arif to be extremely helpful, efficient and surely professional. They are knowledgeable and patient with their customer’s requests despite the busy environment.
The inventory is comprehensive and helpful as well as the complimentary popcorn.
I love the authentic pharmacy atmosphere also the big screen depicting their adventures around the world.

The friendliest, most personalized service at a Pharmacy ever. No waiting in long lines before being seen. No quick/careless pointed questions when being served. Great prices on non-prescriptions and super fast turn around for your prescriptions. So glad I started coming here instead of the big-box store up the street. I almost didn't want to leave this review just so other people wouldn't make this place busier for me, but they deserve all the praise.

A terrific find. I have a demanding medical situation. The kindness and professionalism I receive every time I see them reminds me of the 1960’s. PS. I was quite surprised to see items off the shelf are less expensive than the big pharmacies.

The Lonsdale Pharmacy clearly has an excellent hiring policy because every single one of the (several) members of staff I have interacted with have been incredibly friendly, thorough and always take the time to talk you through how best to take your medication and also about side effects to watch out for. I've never had this level of service at a pharmacy before - the staff here seem to actually care about their customers. I always leave here with a smile. Very refreshing!

This is the BEST pharmacy hands down. The staff are very professional, caring, and supportive. They always go the extra mile. The pharmacy itself has an inviting and cozy atmosphere.

Had medication that was hard to find. Owned by husband and wife. Had a great experience. And they give you popcorn when filling a prescription if you like. The popcorn was amazing. Thanks so much! Def 5 stars.
