Horrible experience ! After living for the past 5 years in the area I went with my mom to shop some cosmetics , went tru self checkout and the we did not know that the self checkout doesn’t deactivate the security tag. The alarm set off on the way out, we returned to the store and extended the receipt to the guy walking towards us ; just to be surprised that he grabbed my mom’s purse out of her. I was in shock and I told him to back off ; we walked inside with the merchandize and the receipt and he double checked everything and everything was ok; then he tried to reach inside my moms pursed again and kept trying to. That’s when I requested I manager ; the lady came over apologized and excused the guys by saying he was new. My mom is mortified to go back ever to that store , and the worst part he does not speak English so the whole thing was so traumatizing for her.
The supervisor , a Persian lady was extremely rude and it was the guys who took the purse . And when I demanded an apology from the employee she said no because he was busy . I have never been treated like this before , horrible management. Don’t recommend this place at all.
Even after we were on the clear and did nothing wrong this placed handled the whole situation horribly .

Wasted 45 minutes by bus to come as I stupidly believed their in stock count which isn't accurate. It was out of stock. The only associate I could find didn't know what I was looking for (wasn't her fault), asked her supervisor who wasn't helpful at all & wouldn't check in the back. Lost count of how many times I couldn't find anyone around & no one wanted to help. Don't waste your time coming to this location unless you want underpaid and unmotivated skeleton crew. I've worked in customer service for 20 years. This store is a joke.
