I'm a frequent visitor at Korna Pet Food and always appreciate the consistently helpful service and the cat food samples the staff offers. Tonight, however, my experience with Claudia was particularly outstanding. She upheld the store’s high service standards and went the extra mile by giving me a climbing toy for cats supplied by a vendor. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that enhanced my shopping experience. Claudia’s kindness and attention to detail are truly exemplary. Thank you for making every visit memorable!

This place gives you a very good customer service. They help me find what I was looking for, gave me a few nice samples for I try and I got a nice and thoughtful letter a few days after my first visit.

Have had issues with the service here (having our call put on hold and forgotten about) and they only sell raw/grain-free food which I’m not a fan of. They took away the pupcakes for the birthday gifts as well. They have stopped keeping some products in stock such as Adored Beast and they usually are out of stock of products we need. We don’t really shop here anymore for these reasons, but we have had some good experiences in the past with some of the staff.

Great customer service with the staff. They definitely helped fit my dog with proper training harness. It made big difference leaving the store as my dog behavior changed drastically with this new harness. Great pet store. Look forward to coming back. Thank you again Korna Pet Store for your help. Appreciate it as being new pet owner happy to have gotten all information to keep my dog healthy and happy.

Best pet store in the lower mainland in my opinion. Their product knowledge is fantastic, they have a great rewards program, and their products, food and treats are super high quality.,

Friendliest staff ever, best treats, too. The bulk dried section is amazing. I do wish there were grain inclusive options, but otherwise, they're the best pet store ever.
