Even without the receipt, they tracked down the purchase records, spoke to manufacturer and a new replacement was provided to me quickly and efficiently. Outstanding, professional, and helpful.”

They have a wonderful selection of beautifully curated fine tableware that fortunately ships nationwide. The customer service experience has been phenomenal and I'm pleased to have been able to source the unique pieces I have ordered. The level of sophistication in many metropolitan markets is lacking here in Canada, so it's really wonderful to have this unique family-run operation as an option. “It's a ikea. Cheap furniture sold for way too much money in North America. What's considered cheap furniture in Europe somehow is a status symbol in Canada in which people pay lots of money on. The store is like all the ikea stores. Very big. The food area seems "cold and sterile". Not inviting at all. However the store has a good selection but is like said before way too expensive.”
“We bought an electric Zwilling Kettle, that after 3 years of daily use stopped working. It had a five year warranty, so we brought it to the Metrotown Zwilling store, thinking they would send it in for repair and we would get back it in 4 - 6 weeks.The sales people at the Metrotown Zwilling store were very helpful and friendly. They tested our kettle on the spot and then sent us home with a brand new one. Over the years we've had warranty claims with other manufacturers and it was always quite a hassle. What a difference, we were really impressed!”

We are so grateful, especially for you’re patience and flexibility with all our indecisiveness, picky detailing and never ending questions. Your skill, knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism took the stress out of the most important part of our Reno, and ultimately kept Paul and I married. You have also such a wonderful partnership with BackBone who built the cabinets. Such a fab team! Much around the kitchen still needs completion, so pics would not do justice right now.
