Raphael was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He showed me a variety of runners that addressed my foot shape, pain concerns, and running environment. I’ve been using my runners that I purchased at Kintec for a couple of months now (pain free) and came back to write this review and share how pleased I am with the team at Kintec. Would highly recommend!

Nathan was awesome! He took time to measure my arches/stance and really look at options that would help with the pain I was experiencing when running. I was able to test out a variety of shoes/insoles and ultimately walked away with a great fit. Would highly recommend a visit for anyone needing some help understanding the complicated world of running shoes!

I went to Kintec with diagnosed and severe pain in my foot. I met with Nathan and he examined my foot and directed me to a few hiking shoes to try and I fell in love with one pair that have been most comfortable! Then I made another appointment to have Nathan fix my tennis shoes so they wouldn’t hurt me and he fitted me with an insole and a metatarsal pad that has totally made a massive difference. All these good things and this was after seeing podiatrists that didn’t come close to really helping me. Thank you Nathan!! You have made my life better. Foot pain is not fun!

Had a truly great experience at Kintec where Nate helped out my mom find for some new shoes to accommodate her problematic feet. He was extremely patient, kind and super helpful in recommending the right shoes for her, and eventually we found the perfect pair of new balance 880s. Overall a 10/10 experience thanks to Nate!

I don't usually write reviews but kudos where they are due - I have a complex history and tricky requirements and Raphael did an excellent job of getting me and my wife sorted out with shoes and braces for our needs. His depth of knowledge is amazing and they had everything I needed in stock.

Finding the North Van Kintec location has seriously changed my life in so many wonderful ways.
First, their experienced and knowledgable staff helped me find the right shoes to get me running again. I struggled so much over the years with my running shoes, which ultimately led me to stop running. But the staff at Kintec not only took the time to help me find the right fit, they also told me about the trail clinic which has been THE BEST community to join and fall back in love with running. Everyone in the group is wonderful, the group leaders are great, and I have loved exploring the mountains every week with my new found friends.
When I needed additional footwear support, Kristin helped fit me with custom orthotics, and Nathan was a great support in helping me understand how to make the most of them.
My feet have never been happier and neither have I since getting back on my feet and running again. Thanks Kintec team!

I went in today to get some new walking shoes and my experience was terrific. Raphael was a great salesperson, helping me determine my proper size and getting me multiple (5) different shoes to try on to ensure I came away with the best fit possible. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
