Really positive experience, Ali was communicative, and explained everything to me. It always sucks to go to the mechanic but if you have to, you should go here. They’re reasonable and don’t make you do services that aren’t necessary.

Jps has been great to me. As a girl it’s been very hard to find a good mechanic that isn’t just there to cheat you of your money and screw you over, and JPS has always been completely honest with me and taken lots of time to explain everything wrong with my car in detail and why I need to fix it, checked up on me a week later to see if everything is still going well, and has always been very kind, understanding and helpful. I love the people there and they always do a great, thorough job. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an honest mechanic who does a good job at what they do. Thanks JPS!

Had a brilliant experience with JPS -my front brakes went and I was desperate to get them fixed-called in see see if JPS could fit me in on the off chance as i really needed my car back on the road for work in a hurry.They were super busy but juggled things around to help me out.
It was fixed and ready to go within a few hours!
Couldn't have been happier with everything and they were friendly, professional and efficient.
I would highly recommend them to anyone !

Einstein at JP’s auto saved me. My car broke down and got it towed to the shop on a Saturday. They were closed but Einstein was there working on his own car. He fixed my ride up for me (a quick fix - a previous mechanic had neglected to tighten some bolts on my wheel) and sent me on my way. So very generous and friendly of him. Highly recommend this guy.

5 star service, and quality. Most importantly they are who we really trust to do our fleet of trucks, and we know we can send them anything and they will give us great and reasonable service. Never any upsells we have to worry about. I send all our friends/family there!!
