Purchasing a car as a woman, is like finding a great fitting jean on your first trip into a dressing room. You know it won’t happen! . Last week, I had the same expectation when I visited Jim Pattison Hyundai North Shore. My appointment was with Paniz Nooran and she put me at ease, was very professional and I felt that I could trust her to work on my behalf and in my budget. My interactions at the dealership also included Jay and Alan and were positive and professional also. I’m very much enjoying my Tucson. Thank you Paniz.

Had my winter tires put on and a key Fob battery replaced. It was a very pleasant experience. Nancy Yiu was able to get me scheduled at a day and time that worked for me. Friendly and professional service. Highly recommend this location.

Did not have the best experience here. I took my car in 3 weeks ago to get serviced. They let me know I needed a new tire which was I was okay with but would have to come back the next week.
So they did the rest of the service including convincing me to pay extra for an alignment, which they clearly didn't do because my car has a very strong pull to the right. When I left the dealership i noticed one of my hub caps was missing. I phoned to let them know and Nancy told me she would sort it out when I came in to get my new tire on...a week later.
I went to get my new tire and asked about my hub cap and she said "oh we cant find it we will have to order you a new one". which was a bit ridiculous because they had a week to sort it out. It's now been almost 2 weeks since getting the new tire on and no one has contacted me about my hub cap and the alignment on the my car is awful, it's worse since getting the new tire one. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
