I would give a zero if it was an option. Horrible customer service. Staff were extremely rude. Helium balloons were a complete ripoff. Expensive and not filled up. Waste of time and money.

Great variety of options for birthdays, parties, gatherings, etc. Don't expect one dollar store prices as it is a little bit more expensive and when busy there might be a lineup. But still a great option to buy stuff for celebrations.

Had to return several items today. Great customer service can be hard to find. However, Miriam is fantastic. She provides service that is customer-focused. She determined what my needs were and ensured that I was satisfied. She is also helpful and kind. She truly is an asset to this company.

Good selection of items. Sometimes though, I feel like the store is cramped. There is barely any space to move around. Also, not all items are priced. They use price gun for their price tags so not all items are properly marked.

I have visited different iParty branches. The best customer service I was provided with was in this branch. I was looking for some different things and the lady in short black hair welcomed me. She helped me a lot in finding the items. She was so helpful and kind.

Great experience in the store , very polite and customer oriented lady employee who never hesitates to help me in the morning and during my lunch break. I party lynn valley is my favorite store!
