Rented a storage lockup for several years from Griffin. The area is well lit, clean, dry, and very secure. Highly recommended using Griffin if you're looking for storage that is a bit above the competition.

A little over 3 years with Griffin and it is by far the best run company that we have ever used! Scrupulously clean facilities, excellent security, plus attentive great staff … we were toured through the facility originally by the owner and he leads the Team upfront. A great experience all round and worth every cent we spent! Thanks to the Griffin Team! In case you were wondering … we had a super 10 X 10 storage unit.

The facility is clean, small and you can say it is comfortable. nothing wrong with that , however , - Wow..., the service and people are extremely difficult to deal with. At first, all is great and courteous however little mistakes you do, they are unforgivable. They do not inform you about the regulations but they still try to punish you. This is quite a spectacle. and arguments goes on and on, and you can't argue. Very unorthodox way of doing business. Over all customer service is quote disgusting. It is sad.Response to griffin responseWell Griffin storage people responded to my review. I think you can see what kind of people are they. The case that owner is describing is not my case, however it is very good to see them reviling other people had also problem with them. I am not the only one that had a horrifying experience with this business. Shocking behaviour.

very hard to resolve any issue I wouldn’t be surprised to see that maybe one person attitude might be off a bit. However, when you see that kind of attitude from three people in the office plus the owner I’m pretty sure that this is the culture of the business, which is very unhealthy.I will be posting more details about this business, as we are heading to court. At this point this is serious, very threatening and absolutely necessary that the public needs to know that this is the business join that should be avoided at all cost.

I phoned few self storage company on the north shore once I needed a service.The Griffin self storage on 3rd was so impressive, in sense of cleanliness, modern, friendly and cooperative staff. They even have super clean washroom for their clients! This place is enough lighted everywhere. Plenty of trolly and carts to loadFor easier transfer.Oh parking spot right by the elevator!!I’m very picky but I couldn’t be happier with my experience. As a mature lady I must say I felt pretty safe in there. I would recommend this self storage to everyone who need peace of mind.

Very professional, great reception staff. The storage building is always super clean , ventilated. The fact we can come on any day until late and be able to use their dolly/trolley was perfect. We felt that the contents of our storage were always in a secure space.I will not hesitate to use them again and recommend it which I have already done! Thanks Leili, you were great!

Amazing level of service, David goes above and beyond and is super responsive. The facility itself is clean, easy to navigate, and doesn't feel like most storage places. Highly recommend!!

Great facility, it's all brand new. I suppose it's due to the executive offices but the washroom in the storage area would be more at home in a luxury fitness facility. Fantastic staff that are always very helpful. Can't imagine why you'd go to any of the other facilities in area.

In a last minute pinch the people at Griffin Storage helped me out big time. Even when I had to prolong my stay twice they were very accommodating and very understanding. I can't thank them enough.
