Gagan, Param and Rashid were amazing on tne day our windows were replaced, I would highly recommend them. They went above and beyond in notifying us of when they would arrive and on the day were polite and helpful.

Extremely disappointed. I was told that the diagnostic fee would be credited back if I proceeded with the job. However, after agreeing, I was informed I needed to pay an additional amount, and the diagnostic fee was not credited back as promised.
When I complained, they blamed the call center, which is a third-party service that gave me the wrong information, but the number is on the company’s website and represents them. I decided to hire them in the first place because of my initial chat with call center. Now, I feel forced to proceed because the diagnostic fee won't be refunded otherwise.
Additionally, they did not disclose their minimum charge for any job is $500 until it was too late. This is false advertising and a deceptive practice.
Expect to pay at least $500, contrary to their initial promises. DONT TAKE THEIR WORDS FOR ANYTHING.

Trevor was extremely helpful I was when you came into the shop yesterday! I was asking for more information about patio door rollers. He was very patient and took the time to explain everything. Highly recommend!

Glass Dr sent their first technician and he initially replaced the mirror with unfinished, rough edges after being in a rush. The job was noticeably poor. After following up a couple times with North Van management they made things right with their second technician who was very thorough and made things look good as new. They gave us very little warning on what day or time they would arrive, but they made things right. Recommended for your glass repair needs but don’t expect flawless communication.

We had a great experience with Glass Doctor. Needed a large glass pane on our deck railing replaced. They sent someone out the next business day after I called for a quote - $150 but the cost comes off the final bill if you choose them. Rashid and Gagan were here right on time, and got the install done and everything cleaned up very quickly. They even came back to collect the broken glass I forgot to leave out for them on the day. Second time we have used them, and both replacements have been very well done.

We had excellent service and repair from Glass Doctor of North Vancouver Staff. We had a leak in our large glass covered Atrium, they quickly determined the issue and repaired. We will definitely use them again.

This would be a 2 out 5 but the 3rd star is because Glass Doctor did the job in a timely matter. For anyone trying to get a single window replaced, you will know that this can actually be quite difficult as many companies prefer larger jobs.
The two men that worked on replacing a double window in my house (seal had gone) were polite and friendly. My issue is with the quality of the finishing. I am posting two photo of the corners of the trim – the worst of which is off by 1/2cm. When I called back to complain, the technician offered to come back and add some more "DAB" (caulking) to fill the gaps. He also explained that they are not professional framers. In the words of my 16-year-old daughter: "Mom...this would get me about a C+ in Woodworking 10."
I'm quite sure this company is a good fit if you just need a window replaced quickly (for a business), but if you want better finishing, I'd look further.

We called glass doctor North Vancouver after our window broke. Angelo answered our call immediately and was able to arrange an appointment for the next day. Other places we called either did not get back to us or couldn’t confirm to come for few days. He came on time, replaced the big glass, worked very clean and safe, at a very reasonable price. We are very happy with the service we received.

Communicated punctually via text. Quick response to my initial call. While they were onsite, I mentioned a front door leaded glass window that had a seal broken. They were able to fix it at a very reasonable cost.

My daughter closet mirror broke and I searched Home Depot, Rona and Google. I can't find anyone to replace her cracked mirror. Finally I found the Glass Doctor.John was helpful answered my enquiries, his partner Rahid came and gave me an estimate, told me it'll take 10 days. It turned out the closet mirror was completed within 4 days!. I am very satisfied with the services!
