“Always a nice visit. Produce are mostly stocked all the time. The cashiers are friendly as well. Store is neatly organized so you can easily find items. They also sell other goods than produce like small bags of rice, luncheon meats, some bottled spices.”
“You can find necessary products there. Cashiers are usually helpful. But I received bad advice twice from a young man who seems to be the owner or manager. I asked if the bread was fresh, and he said it was made an hour ago. I bought a lot of it, but when I opened the bag at home, it was clearly at least a day old. The same thing happened with another item with the same guy.”
“Came here looking for pumice rock for succulent plants as I looked at a few stores and couldn’t find it. They had it and the service was great. They have lots of orchids and other plants that are reasonably priced. I didn’t notice they had a sign saying final sale and while I might understand that for plants, I didn’t like that for other non-perishable items but it’s fine if you are sure you’re gonna want the products. They have accessible entrance and parking.♿️ there’s a large parking lot. I will visit here again.”
“I've had "Black salt" on my shopping list for a year now. Just found it at Royal Farm Market (apparently new owners for over a year now - embarrassed I only now noticed the new name). Shockingly diverse range of groceries - Indian spices, Chinese sauces, Mexican at great prices. Like shopping more locally vs the big box stores.”
“Love love love this place. Prices are higher than big regular stores but that's to be expected. Staff are very friendly, and they have anything you'd need in a pinch. One staff member even returned my wallet that I left behind after seeing from my ID that I lived close by. Thanks for being a staple in our neighborhood ☺”
“I always buy my fresh produce from here, well organized and at a good price. Deduct one star coz I got 2 times almost gone product (cucumber and carrots old lot I believe)”

3135 Oak St, Vancouver“A great community grocer! Produce prices are very reasonable and the produce is always high quality. Packaged food prices are very marked up, but that's to be expected at a small, local grocery like this one and the convenience is worth the markup. The staff are all very friendly and always happy to help or just make small talk while checking out.”
“I've always enjoyed the atmosphere and customer service of everyone here. I shop regularly but was having an off day. Mohit and Nihdi showed genuine care and uplifted my mood. Perhaps the best customer service I've seen in the last few years! Thanks you two!!”
“Large and spacious, some neat international products.Security makes it uncomfortable to shop though. The gentlemen working self checkout is great. Attentive but never hovering - unlike Loblaws Arbutus”
“Decent prices, good variety of produce, snacks and Asian products! Owner is friendly so there's an extra star for that. Can't believe today was my first time here. Will be coming here more”

4101 No 5 Rd, Richmond“A fine place for Indian grocery. Some of their products are 'priceless'; they could improve on their price labeling as well as become more competitive versus larger chain stores that have started carrying similar product ranges”
10AM - 8PM
1057 Denman St, Vancouver“We've been shopping at Kin's market on Denman for many years. The produce is carefully presented and always looks fresh, plus the prices are generally reasonable.Jenny, the manager, is delightful and we consider her to be a valuable community member. The employees are friendly, helpful and provide efficient service. The displays are well organized. I'm extremely impressed with the tidiness of the outdoor area on Comox Street. It would be easy to have it messy with sorting produce and packaging, but they manage that area really well too. It's a great place to shop and we will continue to be loyal clients. Thank you.”
“It's a great little place inside Lougheed Mall. Fresh fruits and veggies. Usually a good price but can be more than Walmart or Superstore. Free parking at the mall.”

6411 Main St, Vancouver“Popped by on the way home, I haven't been there in a long time. Checked it out for a bit, I heard that they have some mexican foods which they do but not much. Much more east indian foods as the owner & or manager is east indian. I picked up some frozen jalapeno poppers n corn kebabs made by Nanak Foods in Surrey. Looking forward to try them.”

3388 Kingsway, Vancouver“Great prices on everyday produce. Our go-to spot for our weekly shopping. Always hussling and bustling inside and being on a busy street, it can loud too. Steps to dozens of restaurants at the same time. Very convenient location blocks from Joyce Skytrain Station.Highly recommended for your food and produce needs.”
9AM - 7:30PM
6218 Kingsway, Burnaby“Very good prices on produce; is among the lowest in the area. Good selection of Asian foods, both produce and ingredients, as well as a wide selection of sauces. Nice they have a butcher on site and fresh fish, as well as ready-to-eat foods and fresh tofu from their supplier. One thing is that with their low, low prices, you'll sometimes encounter spoiled/rotten/expired produce.Keep an eye out for this and always check what you have is fresh. Otherwise you'll be in for a mouldy surprise a few days later.”
“They revamped their store maybe a year or two ago (perhaps a change in ownership?) and the store is cleaner and more organized than before, although it is missing some specialty drinks and snacks they used to supply.I like to stop by and see what seasonal fruits they have and stock up on Asian grocery staples. Heavy focus on Filipino products with some Chinese influence. I've never had an issue with the cashiers or staff and like that they're open late.”
“I don't like cherries so I can't speak to their quality or the multiple bad reviews related to them, but I find the quality generally to be very good, the service is also good, friendly and helpful (unlike the other iin the market "sunlight farms", which is terrible!). Prices are a bit high but best on the island usually and even better than the nearby "no frills" sometimes.”
“Lots of vegan alternatives, and great selections of local products. They have fresh local tortillas, all the seasonal fruits and veggies (chanterelles & Seville oranges!) As well as 'bad dog bread' a local bakery on the north shore. I always feel inspired to cook a fresh meal when I come here.”
