I call them more than 3 times but nothing happens.

Finally, after 3 previous attempts to ship a returnthis centre was helpful , when 2 previous centres at Park Royal and at Norgate had no solution to repack a return shipment.Staff were super professional, friendly, helpful and determined to accommodate my requests.The original Fedex shipment was in a plastic bag which was ripped and damaged. No Fedex station had a bag large enough to fit tbe original shipment and sent me away, with no assistance.The difference at this location was that, they didn’t want to send me away. They repacked everything in the damaged original bag and taped every part to ensure it was safe for shipping.Great customer service, lacking at all other fedex shipment centres visited before!One Fedex centre listed at 655 Royal at Horseshoe Bay, West Vanccouve, btw, doesn’t even exist!
