Excellent staff, the facility is clean and very easy to enter and exit from. Pricing is more than fair and I would certainly recommend it to friends and family. Econo Moving and Storage makes my storage needs easy. Greatly appreciated

Such a great company and great people ! Karen that helped with all our questions and needs and George that was always kind and so helpful as well. And Travis and Harmand that looked after all our furniture, paintings and fragile pieces that we were so worried about . By far the best movers we ever had! And we moved a lot! Such a great experience that we'll never forget and that we highly recommend!

The crew provided to us by Econo on both the move-out and the move-in (roughly 6 weeks apart) was excellent. Hard working and professional for a difficult move on both ends. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I have only the best things to say about Econo Moving and Storage. Alex and the team quickly became a big part of why I continued to stay with them for over 11 years. The rates were always fair and reasonable, the facilities were always clean and easy to use. In 11 years I NEVER saw anything like a spider web or even a bit of dust in their facility! Truly amazing and I need to know their secrets for my home! :)Econo was amazing to work with as our business and storage needs scaled up and later down. Should I personally or professionally have any storage needs, Econo will always be my first choice. Thank you for 11 great years, Econo!

We had a fantastic experience with Econo Moving and Storage. They packed us up and moved us. We thought we were going to be a small move but it turned out to be a bigger than expected job. The four guys led by Travis just buckled down and did what needed to be done. No one likes moving but movers can make or break your experience. We recommend Econo for any move you might have planned. Worst experience ever. Paid $400/month for storage of boat. Was out of town for over a month with a family emergency and when I came back my boat was completely ransacked, pillaged and it looks like someone is living in there. When speaking to the manager about sorting out billed owed and the current situation she completely dismissed any accountability on their part. Went as far as saying that we were told when we stored it, it needed to be insured and that it was good that it was insured because according to her they take no responsibilities in liability to what has happened to the boat in their care. Along with this the boat needs to be paid in full before they release it and that my months deposit would not be released until after it is off the property by email. Which I feel means I will not see the return of my deposit, I guess I will find out this evening when I pickup my boat. This company and manager have absolutely no integrity or customer service and are evil money hungry monsters. Do not trust them with your personal belongings.

If I could give no starts I would, I was out of town for 1.5 months for a family emergency and my bill fell behind. Once I came back into town to check on my boat that I was paying $400/month for storage and grab a couple of things out of it I was completely devastated. I had a chainsaw stored on boat, stolen, the boat was completely destroyed and pillaged inside including looking like someone has been living in there for an extended period of tim, everything was pulled apart and destroyed including the captains seat taken out. It is now over 12 hrs later with no response to my inquiry to the storage company or acknowledgement of the fact that I am paying for safe storage which clearly hasn't happened, but yet they can take the time to put a lock on the boat so I cannot at this time move it to somewhere it can be safely stored and not destroyed further. Let me be perfectly clear, yes I was behind on my payments, I had more pressing matters to deal with and I had every intention of coming back to town and clearing up my current owed bill. But now I am not exactly sure what service it is that I was paying for because it clearly would have been much safer left on the street. Do not trust this company with your possessions.

Edit: updating my review after 48 hours of no response from the company. After unpacking I realized that the movers lost parts from our king size bed frame, which they never disclosed. This is unprofessional at best. The packing of items was done carelessly so now we have some broken memorabilia to deal with.I reached out to 3 moving companies with a last-minute request for a move happening within a week. I went with Econo in the end and here is how it went:- they were by far the most professional from the start. They sent an actual estimator to come in person and give me a quote - which was spot on in the end. The others just tried to give me a ballpark number over the phone.- They communicated really fast and well.- They offered packing.- The movers they sent were nice and professional. The lead mover Travis felt very trustworthy.Some feedback:- The movers did not label any boxes they packed. That makes planning unpacking quite a process.- They had the highest hourly rate quoted, by far.- The movers “hinted” at a tip at the very end. Basically asking for one. Considering how expensive the move already was, I found this really unprofessional. This practice should be ended immediately.
