My recent visit to Dollar Tree left me disappointed. The staff’s rudeness and lack of professionalism made my shopping trip uncomfortable. Moreover, witnessing racist behavior was disheartening. I hope Dollar Tree addresses these issues for a better customer experience.

The Persian staff were so rude!!!!! She did not let me buying she said it is private store. Also, the manger did not care about this. I went to another dollar tree in Fraser they were not like these staff!!! It is amazing in Canada!!!!

love it. still close to a dollar price. this small place is one in this location n.v. others store are called dollarama(huge) and1$ store starts at 3$. i still find things that i need plus good customer service. i put a photo of their store hours since its different in gmap.todays date feb 16,2024

Suspicious to racism behaviorCashier was Iranian, definitely I tried to talk to her with same language (Persian) but unfortunately she said, I can’t because store policy, we not allowing to talk Persian languages.I hope the owner not racism??

Old women working with blonde hair is extremely rude. She have no sense how to talk with customers. She dsnt wanna work. Your job is to serve customers with smiling face. Why are you working if you dont want to. I would give negative star if possible.

why Elderly women work.Today I was dollar tree in mall. They have some elderly women work there. They are angry , unprofessional and impolite . They was retired but they work there. Cashier was her name ( Cher ). Doesn’t understand English and manager (pat) more angry talked with customer. It is better go to Nursing home.staffs are not professional.
