No issues with staff or service, but absolute rip off on medication prices , Most medications are double the price, you must check with cosco pharmacy before you ever buy from here. Been buying meds that Davies sell for $260 for $188 from cosco today!

I Have Been a NorthShore Resident for over 40 years and WAS a Loyal Customer of Davies Pharamcy..On Friday September 21/2023. I returned a $225.00. Back Support that i had purchased on September 17..At that time your Staff member said i can return after 7 days as long as I didn’t wear it..The Back Support has been sitting in my Van since that date.. in the Box On my Passenger Seat ..I Tried the $80.00 one on that Friday,Sept 21,again and decided to Exchange the $225.00 for the $80.00 one..As I approached the cashier to exchange, your Female Persian Cashier Shouted at me Loudly that I can not return the $200.00 Back Support because I had worn it , she stated. I was Surprised, i had Followed Her instructions when I Purchased the Support..She also mentioned the Support was damp and I told her it had being sitting in my Van for a week..i guess from the Rain we had last week.. the Back Support was damp and cold ..I told her again that i never wore it only to try it on in Davies Pharamcy..I Did Not Check Support for any Damage at that time as , I Presumed Your Support was”Brand New” and Didn’t think in checking for Damage..Your Persian Cashier was Very Rude -called me a lier, Infront of other Customers ... you had in your Store.One Elderly Lady Customer i recognized from My Church Folk, which “Did Not go over that well” at Church on Sunday..as i was singled out by Fellow Church Patrons ...as I was Embarrassed and bewildered on Her Harsh Vocal Actions.. that Day, towards me .I was very Nice to your Staff at that time..——————————“Typical not Davies Pharamcy Standards”which I Know very well as Regular Customer over the last 20 years...DAVIES PHARACY -30 Year STANDARDS / Reputable SERVICE HAS DISAPPEARED :(;( ⁉️PLEASE HEED MY WARNINGS & CONCERNS of DAVIES PHARACY ‼️READ THE FINE PRINT on your BILL‼️‼️I WAS RIPPED OFF more Than $225.00 DOLLARS..———————————She said the Brace was damp.That box has been sitting in my van on the Passenger Seat since Monday . DO NOT GET VACCINATED HEREI went for my Covid vaccine booster last week and was given the wrong vaccine, told they “think” it is a flu shot but fully admitted that they didn’t know what shot they administered me and my husband. Absolutely insane, unacceptable, will be pursuing legal action. Wouldn’t expect this place to stay open for much longer after telling a patient they aren’t sure what vaccine they stuck in their arm!! I feel violated and sickened by my experience here

Received my COVID-19 vaccine at Davies Pharmacy. Friendly staff to greet guests and to handout out the intake form. The Pharmacist is meticulous and precise. Chairs to wait out the post-injection "observation". The pharmacy has lots of space ... no crowding. Calm atmosphere.

Davies pharmacy is the best pharmacy ever.They really care about you and go out of their way for you. I have called first thing in the morning in pain and had a prescription delivered within 30 minutes. They explain everything I detail and are patient with old folks like me!!

Got my AZ shot today. Felt I was in great hands. Easy to sign up and when on site the staff communicated very well and I was made to feel quite comfortable.

The staff always seem easily flustered and seem unnecessarily surly. The concept of customer service is lost on them. Sue, a buyer for medical equipment has been very unkind and unresponsive to questions and requests for information. Hearing the stories my 80 year old mother tells about her experiences there, really makes me wonder why the staff are in the "service industry". My brother even had a similar experience there. I would recommend going elsewhere if you were wondering.

I have been with Davies Pharmacy for many years now. What I like is that they are small, personable and accommodating. I like that I walk in and get great, friendly service without having to walk through aisles of make. perfumes and cosmetics. It is a pharmacy and serves me well.
