Darrell is a fantastic broker. Our mortgage situation was a bit complicated but Darrell did an amazing job of explaing everything, helping us understand the process, and getting us approved for our mortgage. He is knowledgable, has great communication, and is quick and efficient.We will be using him for any and all home buying we do in the future.

Darrell did an amazing job to get me a mortgage funding for my new house. My situation was not typical, but he made a tremendous effort to make sure I received the loan in time and with a competitive rate. Darrell is also very attentive and responsive, he is very easy to talk to and he always make sure that I understand everything and what my options are. He also follows up after the loan was disbursed and made sure that the payment schedule is understood and correct. He truly did a fantastic job as a mortgage broker, I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs to get a loan, you won't be disappointed!

Working with Darrell was great. He helped step by step through the process and explained each step. Partway through, after going with one lender, a better option came up and Darrell immediately let us know about the better opportunity, and got us an even better rate. Then, when I made a mistake on the paperwork, he contacted our lender to help straighten things out so we got the additional rebate that I almost screwed up. Can't wait for renewal time to deal with him again!
